We're in the process of transitioning all the maps off fastdl to a workshop collection due to an ongoing issue with fastdl, and valve is taking their sweet time approving said collection. We appreciate your patience in this matter as it can definitely be frustrating finding the popular maps gone, but with fastdl broken, anyone without the maps previously downloaded wouldn't be able to play the server anyways. This transition is obviously taking longer than we'd like as you can tell. There's also a separate known issue regarding the nomination plugin that I'm in the process of fixing. Anyways, all of this is to say no one is pulling the "popular" maps off war3 arbitrarily.

I know I wasn't the most loved player on the server back in the day, but here's my $0.02. Take it or leave it.
 
I started on war3 with =(UV)= back in '06. I think what initially drew people to the server was that it was different from vanilla while still being easily accessible. Not to depreciate Face's valuable work/input, but the constant addition of races and items made it continually less accessible to new players and catered more to war3 vets. Maybe y'all should try and get back to the roots of war3; fewer races, fewer items(keep necklace of immunity for Serif and his NE =P). This would make it easier to maintain the server and avoid the crashes caused by all the interacting abilities. Focus on user experience and rewards based on player performance, not play time. Also, and I know this won't be a popular idea, but it would probably be best to reset all levels/exp. You could still grant enough initial exp for a newbie to fully level one race, but essentially force everyone to start from scratch.
 
Burn it all down, and let it rise again like a phoenix from the ashes.
 
I've got responsibilities in my life that prevent me from playing like I used to, so I won't get there with you, but I'm happy knowing that the next generation of war3 vets are still out there striving to revive the glory days.

Staff have voted to remove Mudkips from the clan, on top of a permanent ban for constant racism. This was more behind the scenes as a recent (hidden) post was made with a bunch of racist remarks, on top of his recent ban from Discord for racism.

Should have spoken out when it mattered, this information, true or false changes nothing and will be forgotten of in a month.

I recently aquired a van, a Ford van. 1988 E250 Club wagon XLT. 7.3 Diesel IDI N.A
It has 360k kilometers on it. I am going to fix some rust and windshield needs to be replaced before it passes the inspections.
Going to put updates here on what I do with it, progress, pictures, videos and so on.

Really enjoying the server. There really needs to be some changes made. I've put it a lot of hours into surf and I've mained a lot of different servers.
 
I am requesting you bring down the round time from 60 minutes down to at least 30 minutes. 60 minutes is much too long, a lot of people will just afk and wait out the map, including myself.
 
Can you please enable the drop knife command? This is usually pretty standard. I may be wrong but I believe the command is "mp_drop_knife_enable 1" or something like that.

O.o you know we can pull this from the database in 5 mins with a query? It used to pull down every day for us automatically. I also have a spreadsheet where I can paste the raw data in and it does all the comparing for me.
