I'm not ok with the Lilith nerf at all. Restrict weapons, specifically the p90. Make it an SMG race only, as Yiyas suggested. Force it to choose between mp7/9/mac10/ump/bizon. Increase the level cap by 20 to allow the smg bonus damage skill to become core on all level paths.
 
Don't change the ult, please.

The one second stall on firing upon exiting ult completely gimps the race and cripples 1v1 potential.

Friends, sadly it's time to reinstate the Janitor's Project (JP). In the past, JP was a tool used to rid UV/sG of super trolls from the community. These weren't your normal "haha" trolls. These trolls did nothing positive for the community and terrorized recruits and respectable members. To prevent this tool from being used for tyranny. A majority staff vote must be achieved to expel members from the clan.
With a standing vote of 15-2 Boondocks has been JP'd from the clan.
His recent thread flaming a recruit earned the nomination of JP candidate.

Constantly antagonizes and flames recruits and other members
Whenever he's in Teamspeak he is always jumping from channel to channel with the purpose to annoy and troll everyone in the channel.
keeps breaking rules even after warnings and infractions.

To expand on the constant warnings and infractions, here is a list of infractions that earned the JP nomination:

Lilith is literally OP as fuck. There is no way to counter its ultimate which basically lets anyone get behind you and kill you without even a challenge. Please balance this race.

Gets banned from a shitty f2p game server, thinks people actually care. Bad troll is bad.

CSGO Pro is bugged right now, I have the dealing and receiving damage maxed and after killing someone and getting killed the only XP I got was from the kill itself. The xp notification is also not appearing in chat.

The only way to fix all of these problems is to lower the level cap on CSGO pro to 150

You can't take returned damage from an evaded shot. 20 evades in a row = .00001% chance to happen. Wait, that's ten shots. You didn't hit 20 shots that all got evaded. It just didn't happen. RNG, however, does happen. Get the fuck over it. Night elf has one of the lowest evasion rates on the server, and in order to die from thorns, your two headshots would have had to deal 500 damage, meaning you had to be headshotting with a scout/AWP, in which case you really should realize that reflect is going to hurt you.

This is all just a huge plan to secretly buff troll by making its ult out last all entangles

Its funny because I was about to give you the same advice.
