I'm talking about TTTGO.  Not sure if it's an issue in Gmod.  You might cross-post to that forum if it is.

There are far more paidmins and supporters that play on the CSGO server, when it is populated. Comparing the two servers is like comparing apples and oranges.

While I don't disagree Gmod TTT is more popular, your children still have a 5 second voice timer in most cases.  CSGO is an entirely different game, and people who might have purchased supporter or credits in Jailbreak would have voice immunity in TTTGO, from what I was told last night.  There is very little overlap between TTTGO and Gmod TTT.   They are two very different populations -- again, they're similar, but in this case they are not comparable.

Apparently immunity levels as low as supporter are immune to mic drain... and for little kids that don't know when to shut up, it can get really annoying.  night raid is one example that stands out.  Consider enabling voice drain for everyone with lower immunity than SOs.

I think he's talking about something more like the bat/knife/other custom T weapons from Gmod TTT.  Not a map prop.

Why not make it a Halloween weekend since the actual holiday is on a Monday? I'd take time from the GMOD servers to participate.

It's been a while since I've posted updates, I need to pick up the slack with that.
 
What I mainly wanted to post about today was a new command that I wrote that is available to SO+. With the recent valve update, they added server settings that enable auto-bunny hopping, so I figured it'd be a fun command for a new LR. It's essentially the same as long jump, but you have to build up speed rather than shooting forward.
Command: sm_bunnyhop or sm_bhop. /bhop 1 to enable, /bhop 0 to disable
Usage: When enabled, players can hold their jump key, and they will automagically jump again when they land, allowing them to perform perfect bunny hops every time. Gain speed by continuing to bunny hop, and strafing around, and you can be like phoon.
 
I'm happy to say that there's a few other commands that are.. in beta testing. Currently available to staff, and I have a few other ideas in mind. For now I hope this adds another fun LR for all of you to enjoy. It's been too long since I gave something new to JB.
 
I know there have been a lot of other updates in the past ~6 months, I'll do a better job at posting here again so everyone can keep up with what's been changing.

Thorgot made a nice post about custom sprays. they say the max is 512x512 but you won't be able to get that under the 100kb file size limit. you will also get an error saying that it has to be under 512x512. so the max size you can get is 256x256 which will be under the size limit. I recommend using vtfedit as it's fairly simple to use and there's a ton of videos on how to use it. it will take a map change for the server to update your spray, if you end up getting a black dot try reuploading it.

I dont believe its too complicated. Correct me if I'm wrong but dont you just upload a new .vtf file to use as a spray?

Hi guys, considering I've not actually been gaming in god knows how long, I have actually been watching a lot of gaming on YouTube. The old achievment hunter vid's etc. I came across one yesterday which really peaked my interest, and if it works, could be a great addition to our community (I hope).
