The big issue here is that two of the strongest shopmenu items unachievable by players who are buying tomes are Periapt and Scroll, and they both stayed on the server. I think the variety of shopmenu was good and it's a big part of the game. Prices can always use balancing (I've always thought claws and chain were a steal at 1k a pop), but having the options there makes the game more involved.

The Master races have never really had any issues to begin with. They're all strong in their own respects. Simplistic in style, yes, but not to the point to which they aren't viable.

Engineers appreciate the feedback in terms of trying to perfect their works, but you don't have to be forcefully demanding about it. Everyone who puts time into the server does so of their own voilition. No need to sidetrack the original intent of the thread in order to take your feelings about responses to your specific criticisms out on the people who've kept the server alive since its conception.

I apologize, but its easy to get cynical when you level a race to 118 in hopes of a survivabiliy expertise that makes it playable and are rewarded with "its fine I'm not changing the race"

Just wanted to give the server's players a heads up on what's going on. Those who were on the server for it experienced some of my idiocy firsthand. I brought the race on the server, it was working, but there was a bug in the code that was preventing item restrictions from working correctly. I patched that and this patch somehow broke everything about the race in a catastrophic chain reaction. The result is that this race did not get included in the event at all.
 
When I do finish it, since this was supposed to be an event race, I'm going to halve the pumpkin requirement - Anyone who got 300 pumpkins or more during the event will have access to the race until the next event. Its level requirement will be 2800.
 
Sorry to drop the ball. There's been a lot to learn and I won't try to say it's not overwhelming at times.
