Boots of Speed alone turns at least a dozen races from shit-tier to viable, and some to OP status.

IMO the biggest problem is the damage resist; make it backstabbable (with some damage reduction) and reduce the % health he gets back from his defensive ability and he's fine. The biggest problem is that Altana can easily take over 180 damage, and if he has a way to heal he can take over 300 in the course of a round.

he tried to keep it hidden but he was a bad that shouldn't ever have gotten kills. He killed me through a window shutter on italy that he would never have been able to see through, and at the very end of venom1 is where he fucks up and tries to shoot someone through a haystack.

I played fiora on bot last night got a double kill pre-game before 1:50 and and was 30/17 and we lost because my team fed yi (jungle) and shyvanna top lane but fiora is a top lane mainly but she dominated bot lane against ashe and amumu.
