    *can be adjusted for balance

Cr0wned -- Unlock: Kill an enemy Infected with exactly 1 headshot, with no other source of damage to that enemy.  Powerup: Deal 100%* more damage to enemy Infected players.

Based Knifer -- Unlock: Kill 10* enemy knife race players with a knife while not being a knife race yourself. Powerup: Deal 10%* more damage to enemy knife races.

Miser -- Unlock: Play an entire match (20 rounds) without buying a single item, either from the buymenu ( B ) or shopmenu. Powerup: Gain $2000* at the start of every round.

Donator -- Unlock: Use !transfer for a total of $1,000,000* donated cash. Powerup: !transfer refunds you half the amount of money you give away. You can only !transfer once per round with this title on.

Healer -- Unlock: Heal teammates for a total of 10,000* health restored. Powerup: Everytime you heal a teammate, one random other teammate is also healed for 100%* of that heal. The other teammate cannot be you or the teammate you heal. ///This heal is capped at the same cap the heal is, i.e. cannot heal over 125 or 150 health to prevent teams from having 10 players with 300 health each.///

Tactician -- Unlock: Toss 100* smoke grenades. Powerup: Gain a free smoke grenade every round. Smoke grenades release 50%* more smoke for a larger area concealed. /// I don't care if people buy smokes and toss them at spawn/out of the map, at least this might get people to actually buy them and mabey use them. Smokes OP.///

Master of My Domain -- Unlock: Obtain maximum levels on every race. Powerup: Gain the effects of a random ability from another race every round. If the gained ability is a +ability or ultimate, use +ability2. ///Requires the binding of another key, bind key +ability2. +ability2 should work for both an ability or an ultimate gained (we shouldn't need +ultimate2)///

Forget Me Not -- Unlock: Kill 100* enemies with an ultimate. Powerup: Reduce to cooldown of your current race's ultimate by 20%*.

Aptitude -- Unlock: Use 1000* ultimates. Powerup: Reduce the cooldown of your current ultimate by 1* second every time you deal damage to an enemy.
Aptitude 2  (do we want this?) -- Unlock: Use 10000* ultimates. Powerup: [Has Aptitude's powerup as well as]* every time you kill an enemy, refresh your ultimate off cooldown. ///sounds OP but heres my suggestion for tiered titles.///

Relentless Warrior -- Unlock: Acquire 1000* headshots with a Negev. Powerup: Negevs can be Crusader Wished.

Flawless -- Unlock: Survive 100* rounds without taking any damage. Powerup: Gain 50* health.

Guardian Angel -- Unlock: Respawn 20* times within [1 match (20 rounds)]*. Powerup: Respawn at spawn every time you die once per round, 5* seconds after you die.

Binked -- Unlock: Acquire 1000* headshots with a shotgun. Powerup: Shotguns have have 100% accuracy [shot as if crouching still (includes spread)] even while jumping or moving.

Icy -- Unlock: Slow, by whatever means, 500* people. Slowing people already slowed does not count. Powerup: All slows slow for 10%* more. All shots also trigger a 10%* slow (total of a 20% slow with other passive), which does not stack with other slows. /// i.e. if orb of frost slows for 40%, shots won't slow for 60% (40+10+10) with this passive but 50% (40+10)///

If we like the unlock portion of one of the above titles but not the powerup, feel free to suggest a different powerup.

    edit: links are hard.

The only reasonable concept would be to introduce micro transactions. Each race costs a certain amount of SG points to unlock. If we really want to increase revenue, introduce skins to each specific race and make them cost 975 SG points each. Eventually, introduce awe-inspiring shiny skins that cost 3200 (~$30 USD) and have sales every few weeks that reduce certain skins to 50% of it's usual price.

Do we really want everyone to be able to throw homing grenades? Each and everyone will blow up on you, dealing 90+ damage almost all the time once people know how to toss them. Do we want that in our server? If yes, there are also many races that will take advantage of this, such as Orcs. And Senseis. Oh god the bash grenades. Please don't give me this, I can hear the crying already.

It's not someone's fault that his/her team idiotically rushes into a firefight, resulting in all of them dying. You don't see it in competitive, you shouldn't see it here. I've seen this exact scenario happen before on the server and stood up for the last survivor, at 2:30 no less.

My laptop bag w/ everything I fit in it weighed about 20 lbs, with 15 of it coming from my laptop and its power brick. It was pretty easy carrying it around campus, even up and down stairs. Last I checked, I can just barely bench 100 so don't let weight factor in whether or not you want a certain laptop.

I'm pretty sure if there was away, people would recreate the good mods from 1.6 in source. I know there's a reason why people haven't, probably something to do with coding, and it's been years since cs:s has been created so if you haven't found any superhero mod, or ultimate warcraft or wc3 mod for that matter, yet, you probably never will. I fuckin loved ultimate warcraft. Classic wc3 mod was/is better than wcs imo.

    The Blind Monk
    Concept: League.
    Knife only race.
    ~1500 required level
Restrictions: Enchanted Chainmail, Mask of Death.
Spawns with 4 grenades each round.
    Skills
5 skills with 10 levels each
Sonic Wave/Resonating Strike: Hitting an enemy with a knife or grenade will deal + 1-10 damage, removes any invisibility, and will Mark the enemy. Only one enemy can be Marked and hitting another enemy will add a Mark to that enemy and remove the Mark from the previous one. If more than one person is hit at the same time via a grenade, a random enemy hit will be Marked. Marks will be removed at the end of the round.
In addition, pressing "ability" will activate Resonating Strike, launching you at the Marked enemy, stunning him for .1-1 second and dealing 20 damage if your body hits his. Cooldown: 5 seconds. This will essentially be a Human's teleport towards the Mark's current location, indiscriminant of whether you are looking at or can even see the Mark when you hit your "ability" key. I'd say the strength of the teleport should equal to that of a fully leveled human's ultimate's. I'd imagine this skill could be dodged by hiding behind a ledge/cabinet, so that should lead to improved strategies, which would add much more depth to the game if playing against this race.
Safeguard/Ironwill: Grants 10-45% dodge rate, +10-30% movement speed, and +20-120% levitation.
In addition, every time you dodge, you will recieve 5-15 health.
Flurry: Hitting an enemy will increase movement speed by an additional +1-10%, stacks up to two times. Increased movement speed will be removed after 1-6 seconds. In addition, you gain 5-15 health each time you hit an enemy, 2-7 if slashing.
Tempest/Cripple: Hitting an enemy will have a 40-60% chance to shake them and also a 40-60% chance to banish them for 1-3 seconds.
In addition, the first time you hit an enemy, you will slow them by 10-40%, lasting 5 seconds. The second time, you will stun them for .5-1.5 seconds, provided they have been slowed by you.
Ultimate: Dragon's Rage: With a fierce roundhouse kick, you push all surrounding enemies back, immobilizing them for 1-2 seconds, shaking them for 1-3 seconds, and also dealing 5-20 damage to each of them. The enemy nearest you takes 10-40 damage instead of 5-20. Cooldown: 20 seconds. I was thinking a combination of Harlute's ult mixed with Zeratul's ult. Enemies would be thrown in the air, except instead of going straight up, they'd go up and away from you, and also not so high that they take fall damage. The air time should not exceed the immobilizing duration, which would basically be a Night Elf's Entangled Root effect, where they can't move their character themselves while getting pushed away, but can still shoot.
Possible alternate name: Niseel, adding to the rich flavor of our newer race names, while retaining the original monk's name, Lee Sin.
Noone's been posting any new race concepts and no new races have been added recently, so I thought I might add something I was thinking about.

Rootbeer got a reaction from Wintergreen in Bring cs_assault back to map rotation
The few times i've made a map vote, I always include cs_assault as one of the options because I loved the map back when we were still able to play it. Surprisingly, so do the majority of the server, because if it's not the most voted for map, it's 2nd.
I feel there's no reason to keep the map off the normal map rotation list, since the major complaints I've heard over the years about it was that you could ward on top of the building and you'd basically cripple anyone in that general vincinity, or that the map was way too small to accomodate the wcs mod. I've also heard the arguement that it's solely t-sided, but there always seems to be someone to say the opposite as well. Noone uses wards anymore since they've been drastically nerfed, and we already have a smaller map that's basically a cramped up version of cs_assault, cs_crackhouse.
There should be no reason why it should be off the map list, especially if people still want to play it.
