CSGO uses .vtf files for sprays. VTF files are basically TGA files, but different enough that they aren't interchangeable.
 
All sprays must have width and height that are 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, or 512. They don't have to be square, but most sprays tend to be. They must also be less than 100kB. DXT1 will have a smaller file size and be lower quality, DXT5 will have a larger file size and be higher quality. If your spray has curves or transparency, I recommend DXT5. DXT3 is in between, supporting transparency but without interpolation.
 
The easiest way to make a VTF is to upload your image to TFSprays (http://tfsprays.com/Create/Static) and use the VTF it gives you. Make sure the vtf it produces is under 100kB! Don't put an animated gif in as we don't (yet) support animated custom sprays, so you'll just end up with the first frame of your gif.

Agreed. I think a rule against camping with intent to delay the round is a good idea. While I don't like terrorists camping in unfair spots or in vents in general, I don't think there should be a rule against that. What I have an issue with is camping in a difficult area or obscure vent simply to make people wait longer for the next round. For example, the top of extreme climb on clouds, or the hentai room vent on dojo. Camping there (and never peeking) doesn't get you more kills and significantly decreases the game quality for everybody else.

I still dislike how much of a staple tome of xp is (63% of all money spent on the shopmenu goes to tomes :() Even tho ammo resupply changed substantially for the better, it's popularity did not change much. Even tho Ice Totem is super strong and people complained about that, nobody buys it. I still think people are really undervaluing prismatic signet and holy shield

Made it so that most armor effects can go up to 250 now. This might have some unintended affects (we can address that when they are noticed).
Race this affects directly: Lilith (armor steal), Exile (ring of armor + his armor item drop won't goof up now), Crypt Lord (armor from ult), Black Mage (armor steal), Boreas (was originally supposed to spawn with 250 armor but we couldn't do that in the past)
 
Exalted Sorcerer: Fixed a bug where it had illusions when standing still instead of when moving since I last updated it
Dunpeal: Ult heals 25 instead of 20
Lawmower: Fixed a minor problem with how the Ult CD worked at low levels

Altered the last skill description. Changed truesight from using auras (cancer). It should probably be less buggy now. Added a console print on Marksman Shot.  T-Rekt: Fixed a bug where it's first bullet wasn't it's only chance at the ult bonus damage

I really enjoy jail break,zombie escape and TTT on gmod as well.

I honestly find it funny when people try and tell me/others how their feeling based on text responses. I mean sometimes it can be very clear someone is upset/salty/tilted/whatever, but the majority of time (at least for people that can control their emotions) a text response isn't enough. I'm in no way butthurt, annoyed, triggered, angry, or any other synonym you could come up with by you, Yung Stew. Me calling you stupid is not because my butt is so sore from the posts that I've had to read. My head may hurt a little bit after some of the retarded things you've said, but that's about the extent of it.
 
I also don't think anyone here said that this community was here to get them anywhere in life. We play to have fun, which is what most of us are doing here - aside from maybe you, for which I don't understand why you stick around a place to waste your time attempting to troll (and this doesn't apply to just you, there's other people that fall into the similar category). Honestly, go out and find something you enjoy where others enjoy having you around. They might tolerate you in other gaming communities if you go there, or if you actually do care here, quit the crap and start being a little more mature and you can maybe get some opinions to change. Anyways, even the people who are staff, are just filling volunteer positions to try and help the community, keeping our servers and forums up for others enjoyment. None of us are here for a power trip. The average staff member is in their 20's, at least, and most of us are done with college (or close to being done) with an undergrad at least and on to our professional careers, so again, we're not here to get anything more than enjoyment. We like to play games, and we're here because we've found friends and servers we enjoy.
 
 
Also, saying you've only broke one rule is a pretty big understatement. This sums up what your infractions have been for:
Your first was for racism, how you don't understand it was racism is beyond me. You got hit for multiple spam infractions - things like flaming anime in the anime section, or posting things about bikes and ninjas in the automotive section. You've received multiple trolling infractions - you've admitted that's all you're trying to do, so I don't know what you expect. We have rules against excessive trolling, so the more you continue, the closer it'll get to a permanent ban. Also the more you continue, the easier it is to just click that infract button for staff... It gets old, and honestly some of your posts by themselves probably wouldn't warrant an infraction to most members. But the problem is you keep going, and it's literally all you're trying to do - again, there's a rule about excessive trolling... To be honest I debated even writing this post, because you might just take it as you got another response out of someone. I figured if it's that unclear to you what you've done wrong, and what assumptions your making that are wrong, I'd give it one shot...
 
EDIT: Also, this (only have to watch about 10 seconds) is how most trolls are anymore (but actually think they are trolling)...

I've actually started going one step further and slaying people who do this after warning them. However, a lot of people recently ask me what rule they broke. Relying on the "griefing" rule makes them hate the admin and the server because they feel like they've been unfairly singled out. Adding a specific rule would fix the problem.

While I agree with you that should be fixed, it looks like an oversight with a new race having a new weapon name (Lightning shield versus chainlightning). Furthermore, your tone is rude, as you saying that the engineers are annoying you by not fixing a minor bug caused by a new race not interacting properly with a very old race's expertise and that it "should" work such a way and that the race is "bad" because of this sounds suspiciously like you consider yourself superior to the engineers. Finally, and most importantly, if you'd even glanced at the thread "Warcraft 3 Bug Report Guidelines" you would know that you are supposed to post bugs in the Bug Tracker.
