play our war3 server

Long story, boils down to: 
No skilled people to run the server (those that are skilled (ie, engineer, or even good advisors) had no interest in ZE)
Server fell into disrepair
Nobody played on it
We decided to remove it

When carrying the hostage, you now lose all speed and gravity buffs
Emperor Don
first skill (knockback attackers) now states what it does and has a 300 radius (up from 220 radius) Now has 30% chance to evade physical/magical (up from 26%) Recon Scout now cancels his ability when he is holding a hostage.
Thor now spawns with correct taser, etc. when you spawn as no race and change to Thor

I am so confused.

On Wednesdays, the race whore plugin is now disabled. This is being dubbed race whore Wednesday and it prints to chat after the map starts so players are aware.

I've already posted preliminary patch notes for over 75 races to this discord channel, which won't be posted or live probably till this weekend or later. This will become the norm, in addition to publicly discussing potential future changes in the channel - giving you advance access to potential changes and a more transparent view into the War3 staff's thought processes. Obviously, some changes may still be discussed in private for various reasons.

Added 2 new items:
 
Blingtron 6000 Gift Package - $3,500 - player is given a random shop item (excludes wish, xp items, mask, jump, mole, necklace). The worse a player is performing, the better odds they have to get good items. Shopkeeper's Cache - $5,000 - player is given a random shop item (excludes wish and xp items). The odds to get each item is not affected by player performance. Since any bugs or oversights could lend itself to being abuseable, I'd like to state once again to keep in mind if you feel there is a possibility either item is bugged or abuseable, please use caution and report it without abusing it. 
 
They were somewhat thoroughly tested. If you see any text lines that start with "ERROR!!!" please screenshot your playerinfo and the chat error that posted and send to me or post a war3 bug report on the forums.
 
I'd also say, similar to expertise, any attempt to publicly figure out the odds etc would heavily encourage me to alter them... if you feel compelled to do it, I recommend you keep it to yourself. The math is quite complex and easy to change drastically

You say we should focus on pubg if that's what people are playing. Guess what, if you participated in some of the ongoing discussion instead of "being a memer" you would realize the same thing we've told many people. PUBG does not currently have a way to focus on it. Nor do many other newer games. Fewer and fewer games are providing opportunities for communities like ours. There's no privately hosted servers for us to take advantage of. We're open to suggestions, and we're not going to just stop focusing on what our community has been developed around.

When Crobat dedicated himself to ZE, he (with the help of some others that wanted to see it come back) was able to repop it for a long time. Yes, our servers are at a low. That doesn't mean they can't be revived. Other servers have also took a hit, but they're not as low as ours. We've had good success the past couple weeks, even if it's only during the evenings, of populating servers. If we continue doing this we will get new players joining and coming back. Like Crobat said, we just have to actually be dedicated to it. His advice is sound, and he's done it before.

nobody wants to play jb anymore guys, and if it's true that pubg is the reason that csgo community servers are losing pop, we should have focus on pubg.

things come and go, time keeps moving, people change, we adapt.

alot of our members are already playing pubg religiously, use that to our advantage.
 

Most posts are people saying "why are servers are dead, pop servers". The posts with one sentence wont do anything, however posts with proper suggestions doesn't hurt even if it gets annoying "UGH ANOTHER POP THREAD, LIFE IS HARD. I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR THE SERVERS BUT IT'S FUN TO BASH ON PEOPLE ACTUALLY TRYING". I am not saying you or anyone is doing this in that big of a scale, just trying to prove a point. If we knew how to help the servers we would have done it already, people that care about the servers are trying their best, stop bashing on the people trying and take that time to actually help out yourself. This isn't pointed at anyone, just in general to the people doing this.

Thanks man I appreciate it's not like everyone has already made about 10 other posts saying the same thing and we respond with our ways on how to populate, but saying it is 1 thing actually doing it is another. I was on yesterday populating jb for a good hour we had 10 people on and guess what they were all people from other servers like war3 or mg that I asked to help pop, since I invited the people saying that want to pop but they never came but hey man you do you if we want to keep making these new posts about ideas that people won't commit t let's go right ahead.

Bots are retarded.
Nobody likes to play against bots.
You join a server that says 10/20, you expect there to be players, most people will see bots and leave and assume the server is always dead.
Bots can't use skills / use them effectively - also some (all?) races break basic functionality of bots (ie, they wont jump). Really makes them pointless.

So I know a lot of people here are having fun arguing with you guys, but there's really only two issues I have with what you two are saying. The first one being the above quote. You're again assuming this community is filled with people of lower education than yourselves. Myself and others have graduated with CS, EE, and other degrees, while actually working in industry and volunteering time here on the side to make sure our servers are maintained, protected, etc. You two talk a lot about everyone here making assumptions about you, but you're doing the same. Trust me when I say we're providing essentially the best services possible to our servers (within any sort of reasonable cost).
 
 
 
 
 
I quoted quite a few of these where you keep talking about how admin should not be purchasable. This last quote above is exactly why we're able to. You two were banned, and unbanned a couple of days later (sorry it took so long, I do appreciate you donating to the servers and trying to help them out). BUT this is exactly the process we have in place, if people think there has been abuse by ANY admin, paid or volunteer, report (or if they're in an upper position such as staff / so, they can ban them and report them) so that it can be properly taken care of. In this case, you two were unbanned, but if abuse was found, admin would potentially be taken away. I don't see any reason we can't offer increased permissions, with higher consequences for wrongful use. Not to mention on other servers outside of GMOD, it does give many of the other benefits you guys have mentioned (cosmetic, extra side perks, etc). 
 
As with any ban that gets reversed, I apologize for the time you guys missed out on playing the server. Especially since it was a good chunk of the weekend.

Why is @lotmoshr banning people for admin disrespect in the first place?
