    Sith was the hardest working SO on GMOD and since the beginning of time Zach has used his discretion to give admin to regular members and non-members. In this case, I believe Zach should use his discretion in the favor of Sith. If anyone is willing to make a case against this, I'd be more than happy to debate it. Ultimately, its up to Zach, and I hope he chooses to give Sith admin if hes willing to volunteer his time while on the server.

    First of all, it's not obvious. There's clearly a disagreement here so you're mistaken. 

     

    Second, who the fuck are you talking about. For real. Stop being an edgy fuck and name names because I need to know who's sleeping with clamps.

    I'd just rather not see more maps added like Institut which get tagged with a 20% but are awful and kill the server and only get played because XP

    Responses to your complaints, numerically:

    1. Suggest maps you want on the server. Then the onus is on relevant staff to respond to your suggestions.

    2. Feel free to convince people to allocate their free time to work on maps for the server, its in no one's job description to make or fix maps.

    3. The fact that new maps get 20% for a long period of time is that the percentages are all relative to other maps. We've played westwood tens of thousands of times, and until new maps come within an order of that, they remain at that percentage. This is obviously modifiable, but that's not my decision, and you should target your argument towards the staff members who handle this.

    With regard to balance being at 3, I feel like some of the more recent additions and buffs may have backloaded the score a bit with a lower average. Ravinick and Hederine specifically, I find myself extremely frustrated against ravinick as there's nothing I can do besides play counters to deal with the reflect which involves no input on ravinick's part to make effective. I consider myself to be on the upper end of war3 players and I'll make notes as I go with regard to balance but overall I think the server is closer to a 4 than a 3.

     

    With respect to bug fixing, I think there's a lot of niche interactions between specific races that seem incorrect but ultimately are working as intended. It is interesting though that people will immediately tell me about bugs they found but either refuse to or don't care enough to go post them on the forums. They then go on to complain that the server (and community) suck but refuse to contribute constructively to it. I can name a few regulars who do this and its extremely frustrating for me (as well as you I assume).
