I haven't watched all that many movies this year, but the one that i enjoyed the most has to be Mission Impossible Fallout. The opening of the movie alone was by far the best shit i had seen from any 2018 film. 

And if i could, best sci fi this year has to be Annihilation.

I am interested in why you would lower the health of zombies, i personally don't see a point since killing zombies gives you 0 reward, and if they are killed too easily then you will make certain maps nearly impossible for zombies to win.

I have not played war 3 in a long time, but the population problem is one that is currently affecting the community as a whole, we are attempting a lot of different things and discussing how to deal with this problem. That of course does not mean you can't also help, i would say try to motivate your friends to get on the server and play with you, maybe have them invite their friends, who knows you might end up giving the server a hand full of new regulars by doing this.

i am going to post again just because I want to bring this back to life, since I am currently hosting a D&D game, given of course that all parties are fine with it, we could live stream it on YouTube and or twitch, that way we could maybe get more people to get interested.

These are fine ideas but unless these models are currently available somewhere else it will be hard to add something that does not exist, especially when sG has no 3D Modeler who has the time or drive to work on these models. Also there is the problem that adding more models will increase download times for new incoming players, which is always a turn off to people.
