Dear Syndicate Gamers,

As of recent - we have many management changes. Many of you know that Junzou has steppe down from staff. Sandy Balls will also be joining him and we'd like to thank him for his time and effort he's put in the clan. We would also like to welcome BChaos back onto staff as a Financial Manager. She is bringing to the table knowledge and experience that we need. In addition we would also like to congratulate Mimic on becoming JCS, due to affirmitive action.

Yeah BC JCS called it and still think it is a joke. It is just like when Chuch made Karma ADV after 1 day of being back in the clan. This is worse she was back for 2 weeks on the forum and not in the clan. Non-clan member to JCS.

Whether I was technically in the clan or not, I have been around for 4 years and in comparison to that, my LOA have been very little.

And also, this is nothing compared to what Renji did, as far as I know everyone in leadership agreed upon this decision on bringing me back. And I am fully aware I am on a tight rope, and may you know I intend on helping out sG in the best ways I can. Yes, I have made mistakes in my past, but who hasn't? All in all this community means a lot to me, and I am very grateful to be given the opportunity to contribute.

I would of rather seen someone for ADV move into the JCS like mimic did and you get promoted to ADV. Well after you applied to the clan, which seems to not of happened. Leaving is leaving. When Foh left he didn't just get back in, fuck they didn't even count his time from when he first joined for his rank application. I would rather see Foh as JCS.

As I mentioned in the shoutbox, staff will bring in and let go whoever they want, whenever they want. The rules, punishments, LOA's, returns, whatever, have never been consistent. I would say just be thankful you guys have another person who legitimately cares about the clan helping out around here.

I understand where you are coming from, but Foh is really busy with Army stuff. Plus his LoAs are many and sporatic.

It was at no offence to you, but in my eyes you came back at the most a few weeks ago at the most and immediately jump to top tier of the clan.

I'm not saying you don't deserve it, but maybe you should of started in a lower position. Or at least join the clan again first.
