You would think this would be the logic everyone would follow, but apparently not. It's more a childish stigma of, "The person you rdmd had to sit out a round too!" or the postulation that they left to avoid a slay. Truth be told, I feel like a ban should only be warranted should the person come back within a certain time frame.

It always amuses me when scripters try to get away with what they're doing, only to remember I'm pretty sure I helped one get unbanned a year and a half ago.

After watching his video even, he seems to go normal speed at around 3:13 seconds, then you notice he clicks and suddenly starts going super fast between 3:14-3:15. Something you're not really supposed to do in CSGO from what I've seen. That's even with a frictionless wheel. I tried for hours trying to get the same results with the one that I have and never went this fast. 10/10 scripts lmao. He's VAC'd anyway, so not that it matters. I just find it funny to look back on things like this.
Coincidentally, it appears Papi is trying to claim he's doing the same thing. No one is buying it bud, but we appreciate your politeness. Bye bye now.

Tried establishing myself on our Rust server with the 3x gather with an armored door and high stone walls.
Got raided in the few hours I was asleep.
Nah, I'll play somewhere else thnx lmao.
The really fast gathering is fun to a degree, but it's also entirely ruined when a group or just a solo player can easily stack C4 so quickly it's not even worth building anything tbh.

That Rust thread is honestly incredibly pathetic. All I see throughout the entirety of the screenshots are two parties shit talking one another, and trying to bend what Eddy said to their benefit. Then again, it's nothing new in the Rust scene. We've seen this verbal garbage talk before. The real question is at this point: Does @Karma initiate the argument from her side, or is the other party the offender? I understand her position, but she's also an engineer who is trying to run the server, not the advisor to said server. If someone shit talks you in her position, I expect 95% of our clan-base to react the same way.
I'm also going to push the argument for @Karma's sake because she is the one putting time and effort into the server so that everyone can play it. Why are you guys constantly hounding her over the stupidest shit? I have no doubt that at some point someone has said shit about her family as well. Why the fuck? Truth be told, if I were in her position, your ass would be 10/10 banned in this case- Server population be damned. If she's the one starting this shit, I'd very well like to see how she's starting it from screen shots that aren't halfway into your playtime (A video would be 10 times better). That way I know you can't try to snapshot the chat in your favor like I suspect it has been.

Also, I'd like to point out something in lieu of my last point:
I suspect the argument may be made that they indeed weren't snapshotting. These three pictures prove otherwise. How you ask?
If that hadn't been the case, the chat line would have been opened to show the entirety of the chat in question like the other 8 pictures.
"But the contents above the text in question could have been irrelevant!" - To which I say I don't believe you, nor do I have any reason to believe you because I don't have the evidence to say otherwise. For long complaints like this, screenshots are vastly inappropriate because it fails to capture the entirety of a long situation and is prone to bias. That doesn't excuse what is being shown as is, but it also only tells one side of the story.

What needs to happen is people need more fucking proof.
If you can take a picture of your CT, why didn't you take a picture of your chat instead of conveniently leaving out your personal disrespect? If you feel like what you said wasn't disrespectful, why did you leave it out? So now instead of showing what you were saying to Nixon, the staff have to waste their time looking through logs. In fact, if I were a staff member, I'd just assume you were being disrespectful and you deserved it; then summarily deny the complaint. So stupid.
There's a reason staff members ask for proof. They're not omnipotent beings.

Obviously. I'm not trying to put Triv on a pedestal here, nor did I say Triv wasn't in the wrong. He obviously lied about what Zeus had said by exaggerating it. It certainly would have been laughable if he kicked him for disrespect because Zeus called him a fag in admin chat. I'm only trying to provide an unbiased perspective here. If it appears to you that I'm trying to make excuses for Triv, you're sorely mistaken. Like I said in my previous post, the verdict should exclude the notion of disrespect on any level because it's quite clearly a joke from the evidence shown. That isn't to say that his maturity shouldn't be brought into question, but that's not for me to decide.

The way I see it, the only real issue is Triv's initial abuse in the video with the freekill respawn, then the latter freekill at the end.
The notion of disrespect is obviously a joke at this point with the logs Moose posted here. Zeus calls him a fag, Triv reciprocated, and Zeus fuels the fire with more toxic speech after the fact.
What does amuse me however, is that Zeus attempts to feign innocence through the evidence he posted in the video and the fact that Triv had no proof. The fact that he has the gull to lie about it through the absence of proof says it all for me. Although Triv's testimony in the matter did grossly exaggerate what he said, it doesn't change the logs. Nor does it really change the fact that it was a pissing contest between the two. There's no disrespect here.

But I feel as though a slay for talking over someone is a rather odd punishment to give. A ct for persistence, yes, but I personally would have muted him. I understand the sentiment that Moose also posted in the thread of "he can't give orders or tell people to drop weapons," but what would be the point of muting people in that case? Why even have the function? My point being that there are cases where people should be muted, and I feel as though this probably should have been one of them.
Now that I think about it, however, I'm pretty sure I've probably slain people for being an annoyance as well. There wasn't any video of said occurrence, so I'm just talking based on experience. That alongside the fact that I can't actually be assed to read albert's side of the story because his posts are impossible to read.

Triv was reprimanded for doing such a thing. I like Moose, but it would be a damn shame to see a double standard going around here. Mute functionality should be used accordingly, then whatever else comes after if he continues.

That's all and well, but have you reached out to princess regarding the issue? She rage quit yes, but with this thread it seems a bit more justified considering she was likely told CSGO Pro rounds were okay by regulars.

C. When you are banned, you are not allowed to return under a new user name unless you have a legit reason. Such action could result in an IP ban and a 5 day extension of your ban. Do not use multiple accounts to appear to be more than one person. This will result in a 5 day ban.
