It would be nice to be able to leave notes about people like "sprays down cts on j day" or "blows into microphone at the start of round, watch carefully" that can be taken into consideration as admin but are not binding rules.

exactly this. If you pick it up than expect to get RDM'd. Pick up at your own risk. Telling people you killed a T for it might work but still some people might not trust you. You're going to have to get super proven to not be killed with it.

its a risk you should understand when you pick the weapon up

I would not mind have a few small game to do but I am completely fine with being an innocent. I love just running around any playing with props.

Yes.
Also, I think it would be cool if maps had some map games incorporated in them. Kind of like jailbreak, but not as many games and such. So you can play climb, or whatever, while waiting for the T's to make their move.

We don't have as much fine control with volume like we do in gmod. I believe it is tied to your music volume which you can turn down in your settings. Bullet would have to correct me on that though.

It's actually streamed through the motd, so your overlay volume controls the music at the end of the round, you can change it if you launch a game, alt tab and go into your volume mixer for windows

/togglemusic (I think?) is the command to turn it off completely. Just for future reference
