While I do agree it's annoying as fuck to have a T camp, I feel like making any sort of rule to make it kickable/bannable for camping ruins the whole point of being a T. Ts don't have rules in the first place (besides server etiquette) and I think it should stay like that. Admins can do other things in order to prevent people from camping, such as turning on beacons or letting the camper know they will not be getting an LRs that require an admin to accept. Worse come to worst and the camper is doing it PURELY to troll or annoy the server, then I'm almost positive that is already a kickable/bannable offense.

Camping in order to troll - Not okay, should be kicked/banned

Assuming this is your first time accidently MFKing, then you should've been restricted 20-30 rounds. However, your name does sound familiar and not in a good way. If memory serves me correctly, you never really were a bright CT. The SO or admin who restricted you should come and say why they chose to give you a harder punishment.

I understand the frustration that comes with having to deal with annoying CTs and wardens, and if SOs aren't taking care of them initially, send them a polite message in admin chat to start dealing with them. The last thing we need is people getting off the server because the CTs are annoying them and spamming their mics.

As far as the "leaving" aspect, again I give him the benefit of the doubt since he immediately messaged me telling me his game crashed and that he was rejoining. And he indeed tried to rejoin, but the ban was already in effect.

Did you write that last bit about him messaging you his game crashed on your response? 

And if that's the case them I guess my assumptions were wrong. So maybe a 1-3 day ban would suffice since he still did RDM 4 ppl

From what I can tell GCA is a lot like JC. They are both regulars that know the rules, but they think they can stretch them insanely far. GCA knows rdming isn't okay, but in his mind he thinks the kills he got were "accidental" because he couldn't know for sure they were by his teleporting spot. 

Having your computer crash cannot be used as evidence to support why you left when you rdm'd, therefore I think his ban should stay. Maybe he'll be more careful next time and stop being a dimwit with his teleports.
