Even numbered minutes return the round to a normal day.
Ex: 9:xx is a FD. That FD is revoked at 8:59. The FD resumes at 7:59

The last sG wipe was great, till the dev wipe shit all over everything and then after we rebuilt, we fucking wiped again, 3 days later.
