hahah okay, let me explain it in more detail. You're using a relatively small coincidence to see what you want to see. The reason I say relatively is because what about the tens of other times in the demo where he turns away from people that he could clearly see if he were wallhacking?
An example is shortly after the disputed moment of 3:08 where he could actually barely see the CT, yet turns away because he just missed him. He definitely wouldn't have missed him if he were walling. Why use one instance where he's barely even aiming at a guy as evidence that he's hacking? It's flawed supposition stemming from a subjective viewpoint. There're many more times where he could use wallhacking to his advantage than supposedly tracking a guy protected by feet of virtual concrete.

Yeah, I guess it's the easiest way if you don't know how to network a pair of computers and don't have a portable storage device.

Quite right. At least get a 9800GT. You should then be able to run the game with moderate settings in near constant 60fps.

You might be able to get a laptop for around $700 that can run it in 60fps if you don't mind playing in 512x384 with all low settings.

You should be able to change the options in game afterwards and take out the -windowed to make it work.

ahah, my bad. I just ignored that part 'cause desk mics suck for gaming. I have used this and this, though, and they're pretty good. There's no reason to spend 20–30 if you're just gettin' a desk mic for gaming.
