I agree with everything you said. Unfortunately they dont like to fix terrible races that nobody plays..

I really appreciate it when you downplay our (the warcraft 3 engineer VOLUNTEERS) work. 

Because the fact you can level a race without ever actually playing it is dumb. If it's a shitty race then it needs to be balanced. Remove cash and give a static amount of xp every round. Then you'll be able to get the same xp as tomes but will be required to actually play the race to level it. And noobs will be able to level it without needing to get a bunch of kills

I want to, and I almost did awhile ago before my tyrannical decision was struck down by the council. I(We) was compensated with a tweak(disable after half ppl dead) to necklace and price change. A lot of these shopmenu issues would resolve themselves if cash wasn't given so often(OR EVER). The current shopmenu, the shopmenu that has been implemented in hundreds of different warcraft servers, was meant for servers that don't give you fucking 16k every so often. Now, ofcourse, as you all have noticed, 16k isn't given a static amount of times per map, anymore. So that is a small step in the right direction. However, we still give cash like its going out of style. Some people will waste it on tomes, which is totally fine. However, some people save it and shopwhore with it, which becomes an issue. Shopmenu is an extraordinary powerful entity that, in theory sounds like an awesome way to kinda customize how you play, but the way it's used now, you can almost max your shopmenu category limits out just with 16k. It seem's to me like shopmenu prices are too low. 
 
If we removed necklace, I'm 100% sure we would have a lot of crying.

LIES! NE only has 20% reflect lol. And I never said NE NEEDS to be buffed, just thought it would be nice for a tiny one with the ult getting fixed lol. And Bink, I always get in trouble for comparing current races to their 1.6 or Source versions because I am always told that the current mod is different from the old ones, so what the race was like in previous version is irrelevant lol

So can we first fix races that are a complete joke right now? Not even night elf or anything.
 
I'm talking about KJ's ultimate that we are all familiar with. Can we cut the crap and actually give it a proper ultimate? I'll bring it up once more. Please replace the fourth skill with longjump, I guarantee you it will be fine and occasionally someone might bitch about it, but I strongly believe from experience it's the right skill to give it.
 
If you want to buff it indirectly by giving it LJ as expertise, that is also fine, but please just change that fourth skill. It's absolutely useless.

Since Night Elf's ult is being worked on so that it will no longer screw up aim and anyone who gets entangled will be able to fight back no problem, would it be possible to give just a slight buff to the evasion after this fix takes place? Just bump it up to 25% or something, because as 20% it has the second lowest evade on server. And when the ult loses most of it's power after getting fixed people will have a much easier time against any NE once they are able to shoot back without their bullets flying everywhere beyond their control. Once the ult gets fixed entangle won't give NE nearly as much of an advantage over the rooted person because even though the NE is shown where the person is, the person also knows where the NE is, and with the fix the person will have just as good accuracy as the NE and with the ult only lasting 2 seconds, that's 2 seconds of freeze time every 20 seconds, and that is less freeze time than most races with bash can get within that time period.

did i hear make sin 70 levels instead of 49

First of all there's 133ish+ races on the server, not everyone is going to find this race good when all the others stand out. You have to find it for yourself or make it 'look' good. Not that difficult, also only 2 players that have it over 50? I think mine's at 88 and a others who also found it around the same time might have it above 50. Also that same time, was pretty much last year. The aura might do 1dps but the range is amazingly full of shit. (damn you knife) The heal helps so much just spamming it, sure there's an hp cap but it's amazingly helpful. In any case it's up to you what you think is shit and what's strong, but Soul Reaper is amazing.
 
Speaking of which someone plz help CSGO PRO, I got it to lvl 250 and the only achievement I felt was depression for even maxing it lol...
