When participating in community voting, the voter must perform the following:

Please do not change the font or the color of your name  
If a community member is promoted to Staff or Server Officer after the 1st of the month, the new vote value to go into effect the following month.

A voter may not illegally alter the voting string. Illegal alterations include but are not limited to:
Changing a voter's name Improper count Deleting another member's vote  
Some erroneous votes and alterations maybe accidental. For this reason, infractions and punishments can range from a warning to a multiday ban.
