Velo 2077 Posted October 16, 2013 Before I ask, my machine is as follows:MB: Asus crosshair formula-zCPU: AMD FX-8350 AM3+ With slightly bigger than stock HSFRAM: 16GB of I forget brandPSU: 600w corsairGFX: 1 AMD Radeon HD 7930HD: 2x 120GB Kingston SSDNow V300 SSD's in RAID 0 So would it be worth it to upgrade to the AMD FX-9590?The downside is that i'd have to pay for the watercooling system which is probably sub-par compared to others on the market, and probably won't even use it. Firefighter_DK 628 Posted October 16, 2013 you dont need it Velo, your computer is just fine, but i have picked a Intel cpu 1 Velo reacted to this
Ghost X 710 Posted October 16, 2013 Graphics card would probably bottleneck before your CPU does in games. Better save your money for when you build a new PC 1 1 Velo and water.exe reacted to this
Ichalvl 1752 Posted October 16, 2013 For now I would advise against it. Like chiefster said, it's not the bottleneck atm 1 Velo reacted to this
water.exe 725 Posted October 16, 2013 Master Chief you are wrong..... AMD may be slowly creeping up on intel for CPUs and GPUs but his video card is not going to be the source of a bottleneck.. 3 fps_trucka, Quayle and MOFLSTOMP reacted to this
Sakata 1088 Posted October 16, 2013 If you do get the card you could easily remove it and pop it in other shit later. I'd just upgrade the card for now.
