Distortion fixes and tweaks:
Fixed bug where the timer giving you blinks would stack every round you survive until you were getting them faster than you could use them. Fixed bug allowing you to blink with the hostage if you mashed ultimate. Lowered duration images would stick around by 1s Lowered ability damage from 10/20/30 to 10/15/20. Restricted health. Xian tweaks:
Reduced evasion from 33% to 25% Increased ultimate cooldown from 4s to 5s. Restricted regen and claw.

When using a scroll of respawning, Dwarven Tank and Archimonde drop the weapons given to them and are unable to pick them back up.

Raising the changelog bar.

idk if there's a thread of this already but its funny as hell.

Do you have any suggestions? I think the current plan is to lower the evasion.

votemute and voteban have never worked on our servers. Actually, even I, a vet admin don't even have access to voteban. It's kind of silly. X-men and I just tried it.

this is what I was advocating for. Not a blanket ban, but some sort of leeway when it comes to the younger crowd. Blanket bans are always a terrible idea.

Muting everyone? That's not a workaround, that's straight up abuse lol. Plus, you and I both know that when it comes to dealing punishment on a server, a vote is perhaps the worst way to go about it. Just look at the time when ghoul would get people vote banned just because the people that knew him on the server would ride his dick hard as hell on anything he said.

I pride myself on not judging kids and their voices when they join on war3. I've met some pretty cool 12 and 13 year olds that when they talk, even though they are squeakers, they aren't annoying and the things they say are actually relevant and aren't so cringeworthy, but then you have people like Jesus kitty who simply cannot let go of his mic button and says the stupidest shit; he gets into petty battles with other players and the content of his speech is just atrocious. I really want this rule back as an option. This does not mean that I can mute Jesus kitty as soon as he joins the server, but rather if he gets to that point of annoyance, I can simply mute him.

So you're saying something like:

Shadespawn is on the server under tester status.

* Added a display message to Mind Sear's target.
* Made ult properly require shadows to be in effect.
 
Need to do:
 
* Add a sound effect to Mind Sear to make it a little more clear when it's used.
* Disable ult when carrying hostage. Until I get this in, testers, just use common courtesy and don't ult with hostie. done

Added skill stats tracking. This will track how many kills you get, damage you do, and times you die from a non-standard weapon. You can use gameme for the standard weapons. There's no menus for this yet, I'll make a post in the updates thread once it's all done, but I put the framework in and it's started counting.
Added an expertise for ika as a replacement to an event prize he never claimed.
Nerfed Abaddon ultimate, fixed some Abaddon bugs (thanks Face!)
Fixed error spam related to poison damage and radar spotting, if either of these behave strangely let me know.

Anywho, RIP hoestomper, gotta know when to pick your fights and when to be a humongous troll. I've done it for 8 years and haven't gotten banned/JP yet.

Added changerace k, changerace p, changerace g, and changerace !, which give you a list of races that have those symbols in the changerace menu.
 
For example, changerace k gives you a list of knife races.
