NVMe SSD?  the fastest NVMe SSD is 4-6x faster than the fastest SATA SSD which is 4-5x faster than the fastest SATA HDD do you want RAID? software raid is bad, don't waste your time, if you want raid (raid0 isn't real raid) buy a raid controller if you want NVMe do you have enough PCIe lanes to support full speed, if not are you OK with that? case <-- this is where you save money, not anything above here, ESPECIALLY NOT THE PSU ensure it's the appropriate size, too big of a case is bad for air circulation ensure you pull air in before you push air out use physics... convection already occurs, support it sound, support for radiators, proper size compatibility for your components (motherboard, length of video card, etc) peripherals <--this is also where you save money because a mouse is a mouse and a keyboard is a keyboard. you can always buy something better later.

Questions/Comments: -I dont think I have any questions right now. -As for comments...I know the rules for the garrys mod ttt servers pretty good and i know the more "obscure" ones like you can claim in overtime, random shooting is kosable as well as throwing discombobulators & incendiary grenades are kosable.

The choke is a very bad problem, it sometimes even kills the population of the server. Im hoping that we can fix this, and keep the server steady.

Well, ZE is now a successful server, I want to know if it's possible to add 8 slots to the server. It would be in total 52 slots.

The server choke goes up really fast, like usually we play at 60% choke, everything is delayed in chat and console messages, is it possible to fix it?

End of Map time used to be ~15s I believe for transferring cash, it is now closer to 5.

Between now and the end of January, I won't be doing much with regards to the server. I have a lot of RL plans. I'll be around some, but I likely won't spend that time on the server.
From February through late April, I'll be largely unavailable. I won't be home much and I will spend approximately 0 time on the server.
 
After the start of May, if everything plays out the way I hope, I'll have a lot of stuff going on in my life. If that's the case, we will see what happens then.
 
Not to commit him (he really has no obligation to), but I think the intention is that @Moose will be more involved in War3 if he has time. He has full developer access and I gave him a lot of the run down, so he should be GUCCI.

Welcome the wasteland, a desert where no man survives.....well no man except for you. For you sir have a particular quality that makes you a survival expert. This is the race that determines how S.P.E.C.I.A.L. you really are.
 
Race description: Basically it`s a scavenger/booster race that works around the 7 different traits that you put into your character at the beginning of fallout games. I originally was joking about this and we started a discussion on it for the server. Now i don't really know what level it would be but it might be better for people with a little experience with war mod (so maybe 1000 +).
 
Strength: Packing your bags? Punching dogs? You need this skill. We think this would be carry capacity on say ammo that you scavenge across the area, maybe even melee damage
 
Perception: How good are you at spotting that particular object? (this ones open to suggest but perhaps we look at a scope/ better indication of ammo perhaps? Maybe better at seeing invisible races?)
 
Endurance: HP galore!
 
Charisma: This ones a little tricky as it is more a social skill so suggestions are really welcome. Maybe an ability to blind from sheer beauty?
 
Intelligence: How smart are you in a situation? Maybe an awareness on judging  people around you. Maybe more Tome exp? Hell maybe even more exp for the rest of the race. 
 
Agility: Run like the wind! Okay boost to speed is definitely fitting, though maybe even a boost to low gravity?
 
Luck: Are you feelin lucky...punk? So this is one towards the scavenge and possibly having a chance of finding useful ammo or grenades lying about. Again open to suggestion as everything here is.
 
So yea, give some feedback and suggestions on it because we honestly thought it would be an interesting race to have on the server.
