  1. Fallout 3 (which in my *personal* opinion is the best fallout) has a S.P.E.C.I.A.L level cap of 20. For the sake of this post i'm going to refer to Fallout 3's SPECIAL system.

let's say you implemented that into war3. (which would be really unique)

all perks start out with 5 in the game, which you could take away from to add to other perks, not something I see happening in war3 but i'm no engineer so let's just say they start at 0 and to make up for the 35 points lost you could add 10 to the level cap.

Strength = Melee Damage and Carry Capacity. We could swap out carry capacity for natural HP (100 at 1 point, 125 at 2. and if maxed out 225) (forgive my math if i fucked up)
Perception = Explosives, Lockpick, and energy weapons. Well, added damage to explosives such as grenades and incendiaries, there is no lock picking or energy weapons so instead replace those with evasion. C:
Endurance = Hit points, Poison, Radiation Resistance. Easy, replace all that with damage resistance, and chance of immunity to abilities and/or ultimates (could be seen as op, perhaps high skill level for immunity)
    Charisma = Speech and Barter skills, replace those with XP gain. i'm not quite too sure about what else to add onto this one i'm just a gmod so c;
Intelligence = Medicine, Repair, and Science. Or Lifesteal/ Regen.
Agility = Action Points (for VATS) and small guns and sneak skills, maybe replace with slight invisibility per level c:.
Luck = All skills and critical chance! CRITS!.
    in all honesty.

i don't see this becoming a thing cause of the vastness of it, but it's a cool idea and something I had to comment on.

    war never changes.

  2. i literally provided you the stepping stone of how to map in gmod, it's not spam nor would i provide a virus openly on a public forum.
but since you're skeptical, ill copy and paste for you.

    1. Go to Steam’s Library tab, then the Tools tab and launch the Source SDK.
    2. Select the engine version and game you want to use for your map.
    3. Launch Hammer, the level editor for Source:

now start watching them youtube videos cause the road to making a functional map is a long one.

  3. I love t baiting.

gives me a chance to rd- i mean do a t baiter some justice.

want to break that window? use a crowbar.

    keep that weapon holstered soldier.

killed an inno? while i'm inno and all inno's are internally entwined, plus it gives me a chance to rd- do a murderer some justice.

in all seriousness, you kill an innocent, looks bad, you shoot your weapon, looks bad, could get you killed.

you watch someone t bait/ watch an inno kill that t baiter, you're still watching a murder go down, you don't do anything about it and someone see's you possibly conspiring with a traitor, and you became kosable.

it all depends on the IQ/ trigger finger of the person in in the situation

If you see your karma getting low, just take a few round break.

Just play on your phone or something whenever you aren't having to deal with a report.

I've been karma banned a few times, and heck I've even witnessed @centran get karma banned, but it's really not that hard to keep your karma in check.

I can see Staff not being affected by karma, and heck maybe even SO's, but Admins (Paidmins), heck no!

to be honest, karma should affect everyone, despite your rank in the server, so's staff and admins alike,

to think that one person could not be affected by a part of the game whilst you are is absurd, breeds envy,
besides, karma only affects players who think too fast or act too soon.

They should be affected by karma, because after all, karma is what the in game damage system is based off of. At 1000 karma, you deal full damage. Once you lose karma, damage reduction steps in.

Also going off of @DMODW not wanting to be affected by slays and bans, correct me if I'm wrong, but level 2 clan members have level one admin immunity, but I'll double check that.
