    Sometimes navigating through a menu to hit a message command could be troublesome, so it would make things a bit easier if there were direct commands. I know the current menu command is sm_radio. If possible, could you implement arguments for sm_radio? That way people can directly bind "x is a traitor" and make it easier to hit in time.

    Depends on the way you choose to define ghosting. If you consider it providing information that reveals the identity of traitors, then it isn't. But if you consider ghosting to be a dead player(s) communicating any information to a living player, then it would be ghosting. Urethra would have to have called for Fartsy to be killed before he had died, and communicating with Steve outside of the in-game chat to kill Fartsy would be ghosting.

    Or when friends are playing and you kill one of them because they were a Traitor and then the other guy (who's an inno) kills you for killing their friend.
