  1. Picked up my neighbor's old 95 international (13 letter shit spreader) 4700 with the 7.3L turbo diesel the other day. He was pretty much ready to call the junk yard. Gave him 500 eagle bucks for it, got 'er fired up and drove it across the street with 5/6 flat tires and no power steering fluid (felt like rayne working out with that big fucking cunt but y'know)

Fucker runs mint and I know the hydros work. Not sure what i'm gonna do with it.

  2. Nice dude, i'm jealous. The only ones I can find around here are usually sacked out, or falling apart from sitting too long.

I can understand many projects. I got a grandma van (03 buick) to replace my silverado as DD because it's beginning to fall apart. Gonna park the truck for a while. I plan on going through all the suspension because it makes lots of noises when I do anything now and the engine is getting worn out as well. Oil pressure's dropping and it's losing coolant somewhere. I've been meaning to build up a 6 liter that's sitting in the garage with a spun bearing so I can drop that in. Will probably just wing it with a crankshaft kit that includes bearings since they're cheap as well as a stage 1 or stage 2 cam and send it.

Here's a completely unrelated video of crossing the chesapeake bay bridge tunnel in virginia with the truck:

  3. Nice truck guy.

I have same size tires on the silverado, but I went with some Genital Grabbers. Got a little over 15k on em so far and they have a ton of meat left. They don't even hum. The set was like $800ish after tax

(mind the dirt, employee lot at work is a mud hole. Also fuck those curbs.)

Jesus fuck velo that thing has more rust than Mater

xD Sorry, I just noticed this. That truck was sitting at the shop my dad worked at for about 25 years. My dad actually parked it where it sat lmao. Surprisingly the dash and a few other things were in good shape. Pulled what I wanted and a scrapper gave me $200 for the body.

Started welding today, made some progresd but there are strict rules here about how it should be done so some parts will take a lot of time as it has to look like original parts.

But now there isnt a gaping fucking hole in my chassis anymore atleast.

That is one rotten chevvy! I'm sure it doesn't have the diesel engine right?

Posted a hidden video of me just driving around if it interests any of you.

Glad to see her out and about. The dash reminds me of my old 79 that fell apart. I always wanted a 80-early 90s ford pickup with the 7-tree. Either that or a square body or 90s dodge with the 12 valve cummins. My old boss had a 96 with a 12 valve, 5 speed and a utility bed. Even with 15 bags of concrete in the back, i dumped the clutch in to 2nd while stopped and the bitch wouldn't die. That thing was a beast. And dang you have a lot of tunnels over there.

On a side-note, something about this thread is filling my fucking ram up. someone ping staff

  5. That's an interesting project, will keep eyes on this thread.

The rust could be worse :D

Here's a parts truck i picked up a few weeks ago

  6. trucka you weeb...

On a side note, the gf and I have been watching my hero academia. I personally have watched the entirety of Hunter X Hunter and me not being a full fledged weeb has actually enjoyed that series. The jap version.

Me and the GF have also been watching attack on titan, full metal alchemist, blue excorcist as well as gurren lagann. All of which are pretty cool. Did I mention I partook in a forum for bleach before sG? Seen every episode until the last.

  7. r u talking front axle seals or input shaft seal? i'm not sure about audis but if you can narrow it down to the exact thing, the sister store to the shop I work at does audi. Can have a buddy look up parts.

  8. Picked up an 86 K5 blazer a couple months ago. somewhere between 30-40k miles on the truck and no rust which is insane for a 4x4 in the rust belt. Has blown rings and belches smoke, gonna get the LS treatment soon :)

Also between all of you subie owners, how many of you vape? I work at a subie dealer now and was thinking about trying to get my boss to stock the vape pens in the accy section.

May I be unbanned? I have been banned for about a year now and I regret my actions. I have been interested in playing on your Zombie Escape servers for a while but I have not been able to as a result of my permaban. I hope you consider my apology.

What kind of painter are you?

Do you need an air compressor?

Find a 4 door truck you like in the mid 2000s like Papa said. Unless you plan to tow some heavy ass shit, there's no reason to go with a diesel engine and you will save some money.

Don't look under the hood.  That shows weakness as you won't trust the seller.  Why would a car not have an engine?

    What?

If it's strictly for work, find a cheap chevy express van/gmc savana (make sure the oil pressure is more than 25psi when it's just sitting there running, V8 LS series engines are known for oil pumps going out but are super duper reliable and last forever if you take care of em.). If it's for work+leisure and you don't wanna drive a disgusting work van around to your friend's house or vacation, maybe consider a pickup truck (with cap) or suv as they are easier on the eyes.
