Only reason a ban is a big deal here, no matter how small, is the six ban rule. A kick probably could have been easily overlooked, cus no one gives a fuck when its a kick, but I think monkeh is actually in the right here.

Consequently I shall be holding a drawing for 2 people to get it.

And for the first little while, it seemed that way still, but then everything just went to shit. They made a load of really retarded decisions, there was drama, and, meh, at least WoW is dropping off at a crazy rate.

If you just disable MN you can keep 3G on w/o cost, I believe.

In the case of MONKEH v drunkula, the court finds drunkula not guilty of abusive administration.
In all due respects drunkula should not have resolved the complaint thread, but in all other aspects and matters regarding these two persons in this incident drunkula was within his rules and bounds.
MONKEH on the other hand will be infracted 6 times for 3 different posts, 3 counts of incomprehensible posting and 3 counts of infraction in the Complaint Department. It is seemingly obvious to me at this point that MONKEH's motives were to instigate and stir shit, not so much as to appealing his ban. MONKEH's 1-minute ban on DarkRP will also be upheld and duly noted, however it will not mark on his 6 ban record.

In any case, MONKEH just grow up. Seriously dude, just by judging off your posts and two threads regarding a one minute ban just makes it seem so fucking trivial. It's kind of blatantly obvious to me that you just want to stir shit for no reason at all, it's not even funny. You deserved that one minute ban, hell I was even there and roughly remember it myself. You were already told to calm down/tone it down a notch in addition to having other people bitching in regards to you.
Anyways, if you would have just served your well-deserved one minute ban, this wouldn't have been an issue. But, you decided to make a scene, appeal not only once but twice - for what good? I'd like to emphasize that this was a one minute ban after multiple repeated warnings on the server. I hope you enjoy your goodie bag of new infractions you just received as well.
