I like this, would definitely be very fun indeed.

The whole idea of the event is Bloods vs Crips. When someone joins they will be assigned a team, either a blood or a crip. Some sort of team manager could be used to keep teams even. Each  team will have its respective skins as shown below. If a member of a team kills a warden their team will get 2 points, if they kill a regular ct they get 1 point for their team. at the end of the event the points will be looked at, for the team that has the highest score in the end all of its members that scored at least 1 point in the event will receive access to the kingpin skin below, and the scores of indaviduals will be recorded and prizes given to the top 10 players accordingly. Also CT's would get the robocop skin below and the warden would be superman (below) because superman is against gang violence
 
Along with the event in normal JB, like the JB christmas event, every few hours we could change to this map:

 
and The CT's (Robocop) and the T's(bloods/crips) could fight it out on the streets. Like the Christmas event, people who top-frag (on the winning team) will take screenshots and send them to whoever is running the event and they can be entered into a raffle for a prize pool of games.
