    Hello everyone. As some may remember I asked about making a War3 guide on Steam a few months (?) earlier. I worked on it but scrapped the project due to struggles. Well I am back again and this time instead of using Steam's Guide, which is difficult to maneuver especially with the amount of content that War3 has, I am going to use Google Sheets which I should've from the beginning tbh. This time I hope to actually finish this task considering how easier it is to use Sheets. I might periodically drop in an updated link but for now this will be open for a while while I decide on what to tackle next.
     
    Comment your suggestions on how to improve the guide and what I should add, either on the Sheets or on here!

    My goal with this guide is to not only keep me focused but to also provide some help for new and experienced players alike. (derp)

    Expertises are word of mouth and should be word of mouth. People don't have to share the expertises when you ask if it has one. If you want to know if a race has an expertise, just level it past the max.

    Frag grenades, Molotov, Smokes, flashbangs.
     
    Since we can already have two pyros on one team what is one more grenade race. I still think we should reduce pyros down to one per team but either way I always wanted to design a cryomancer to oppose the pyromancer.
    Cyromancer utilizes Molotov and smoke grenades instead of flashbangs and frag grenades.
     
    Armor of Ice ( 5 ranks ) : Cover yourself in a defensive layer of ice armor. ( Each rank increases health by 10 and gives 25 armor rank 5 gives you a free helmet ) 
     
    Cryo-sphere ( 5 ranks ) : Create frozen explosives to frost over your enemies and creating short blooms of snow ( each rank increases the rate in which the player spawns smoke grenades in their hands, when thrown the smoke grenades fly forward and will bounce off of textures after a duration or hitting a player the smoke grenade will explode dealing aoe damage and slowing enemies hit. The  blue smokes duration is set to 1 second ) ( each rank increases damage by 6 damage ) ( each rank increases slow duration by .5s and slow amount by 5% )
     
    Essence of Winter ( 5 ranks ) ( ability 1 )( 10s cd ) ( 1 stock ) Summon the essence of winter and release it upon your enemies. ( Spawn a molotov in your hand and when thrown will fly forward and bounce off of textures and will explode on contact with a player or after a duration flames will be blue ) ( enemies hit by this attack cannot gain health for the next 8-13s and lose the ability to evade attacks ) ( each rank increases the chances of you refreshing its use on any player killed by you by 20% ) ( can only have 1 stock at a time )
     
    Cryomantic ( 5 ranks ) ( on death ) Upon death explode into a wintery storm blinding and freezing your enemies ( when killed explode into a large blue smoke screen slowing your enemies movement speed and dealing them damage ) ( each rank increases cloud duration by .75 seconds slow amount by 10% and damage done by 5 ) 
     
    Absolute Zero ( 6 ranks ) ( ultimate ) ( 30s cd ) Create an orb of absolute zero then hurl it to create of zone of cold ( spawn a HE grenade in your hand when thrown will fly in a straight path and stick to the first surface it hits including players ) ( Once stuck the grenade will pulse a AoE every 2 seconds that deals damage and gives opponents a mini stun of .75s ) ( each rank increases the damage by 2 and duration as follows Rank 1 2s, Rank 2 2s, Rank 3 4s, Rank 4 4s, Rank 5 6s, Rank 6 6s. ) ( each time a player is hit by more than one pulse the duration is increased by .75s

    I don't think changing molotov fire color is possible like changing smoke color is. But you could probably get a fake fire that was different from a molotov fire. Also, I feel like reversing controls doesn't really make sense for a cold themed race. Maybe instead it should prevent the person from gaining health or armor for 10-15 seconds, in addition to doing damage. Or lower their evasion, or something that makes sense for cold.
     
    I love the race besides that.

    Centran is busy, I attempted to update it since the server update is out. That seems to have gone fine.
     
    I don't believe the client update is out yet and I won't be able to test it for another 2 hours when it does come out.

    Today's update should be a bit larger due to last week's update not being ready in time. As Garry stated last week, those bits will be rolled into this week's patch.
    The upgrade to Unity 5.6 ended up in decreased performance, graphical bugs and even vanishing player models on the staging branch and those kinks should
    be worked out for today's patch. This also means a forced wipe this week, as last week's patch would have been forced as it was the first Thursday of the month.
     
    I'll post more when the devblog comes out, for those who play Rust. Hope to see you all there when I get off work. Let's not let the server die!

    Seems pretty pointless since it works both ways... You could just jump inside the vent with shadow hunter ult or something like that and take advantage of the standoff. Also the roof is a lot more open since you can shoot through the skylights to kill people. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
