    Edit: nvm i dunno that would be a lot with top 8 in one day, unless you have more servers.

    I could have done it all in one weekend but some people said they prefer'd it spread out

    All these options are pretty valid I just picked the current one because of personal opinons, however I wanted to see what everyone else thought would work best.

     

    Please only vote if you're actually playing in the tourney if you have any other ideas just post below and I'll add it as an option

     

    Also this poll is going to be closed super quick, like in 4 hours quick cause I go on LOA tomorrow until monday so please vote fast and share to your teammates

    For me personally, I'm cool with playing each team once. I don't need to be steamrolled by Fugner's team twice haha.

    added in an edit to my first reply I do want more feedback on the times

     

    but also the last few tourneys I played in, I was just sad I didnt get to play more. We played like 3 games and it was over :< I thought others felt the same

    for the playing every team once that comes back to just wanting more games played but also in case someone has a bad game this makes it more likely that the correct team doesn't move on to the bracket stage 

     

    Another idea I'm semi open to is combing both groups and having every team play every team once, instead of twice then have the top 6 move on

    There's 1 hour 15 between each games no matter what don't the games usually last like an hour at most?

     

    not a big comp person so idk but I could make the games start earlier and have more time between each game or have both groups play both days but I didnt want people to feel like they were committing two weekends

    I wouldn't mind being captain.

    Do you play on any other server? You only have 35 hours of playtime and you needed 50 from when the event topic was posted :/

     

    Also sorry @ExoArcher Currently all 8 Captain spots have been taken, so you'll be listed as a maybe captain in case someone no-shows on draft day (the 21st)

    This will be used for any upcoming events that would benefit from a stream (CSGO Tourney, Poker Tourney, Golf with friends, etc)

     

    The next announcement isn't finalized and I still have some stuff to work on before giving it a set schedule and starting the project but I'd like to use this twitch for an official sG Podcast as well which will be used as an outlet to talk about upcoming stuff that doesn't deserve a post but warrants being talked about, with other segments featuring guests (example: Beerman, Travesty.)

     

    Okay here's the part most people came here for, the raffle details:

     

    There will 2 big raffles: one after group stage and one before the grand finals

     

    There's a current prize pool of 60$ as well as some skins donated by an anonymous member but the 60$ has yet to be divided up into smaller prizes as of right now.

     

    You will only be able to participate in the raffle if you have played at least 1 game.

     

    The raffle after the group stage will only be for people who played one game and did NOT advance past groups, the prizes will mostly be small prizes between $2-$10. This could be skins, cheap games, credits, admin.

     

    The raffle before the grand finals with be for every person on a team who made it past groups and played atleast one game. Raffle prizes here could have any $ amount as I will mostly be using any prizes donated for this raffle.

     

    There may or may not (donate prizes please.) be exclusive giveaway raffles done for the people watching on the twitch... ;D

    Remember subs are assigned to a team for 1 game only and are randomly assigned, so as a sub you might not get to play a single game. To be eligible for raffle prizes you must play atleast one game. When a sub is requested I'm going to randomly roll 3-4 subs at the same time and whoever messages me back first on steam/discord gets the invite.

    Include your gameme link, mm rank, community profile link, and whether you are interested in being a captain in your post.

     

    Remember we are limited to 48 people, so we if we get over 48 people, the one's who aren't drafted are getting moved to the Dedicated Subs, unless we get 96 sign ups.

     

    We are currently at 4/8 for sure captains, with 2 maybe captains. The captain spots are first come first serve, if you're a maybe and want to be a captain I'd switch to a for sure captain. Everyone else, make sure to sign up fast!
