I feel as if my time of being an SO should come to an end. I thank all staff that gave me this opportunity. Personally i feel like its just becoming more of a hassle i mean really?

Its frustrating on how i feel like i haven't been able to contribute to the jb community in a positive way, every time i log in if there is more than 10 players something is causing someone to cry and wine all day and all i see and hear are people attempting to loophole and be smart-asses.

As soon as this map reaches its second round, it crashes the server. Yesterday half of the server was saying that it would crash and it did. I think that instead of people saying "don't vote Space Jail", probably just remove the map or fix the problem. Thanks.

FYI: space jail would always crash on the end of the 1st round/start of 2nd round. Not sure about lego.

1: No.  
Example : A GTX 670 cannot be put in SLI with a GTX 770.
Though i think there was a exception of someone putting a AMD 6950 with a 6990 in a 3 way crossfire, i think though i'm not entirely sure.
 
2: Yes,
You can mix brands so along as they are the same GPU.
Example: a EVGA card can be mixed with Asus, Gigabyte and MSI Cards.

They should just follow the pattern...
 

Hello everyone.. Back when I joined my first server hosted by Syndicate Gamers almost a year ago (November), I was never really active in the forums, let alone knew about them. When I did eventually look into the forums and create my account, I never formally made an introduction for myself, so here it is.
 
My name is Chris Fessler (last name formerly Davis, and I'm planning to have it changed back) and I have been known on Steam as BoondockBrutha, Drake, and BoondockSista. I've been mostly playing Jailbreak, and the jailbreak server was actually the first server I joined after I purchased Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
 
I've played in other servers hosted by Syndicate Gamers such as the Trouble in Terrorist Town server and the Minecraft server, but I haven't spent much time in either server compared to the Jailbreak server. As I've said, I've been part of this community since last November, and I'm glad to be part of it. I hope that most of you know me by now, and if not, will get to know me better. Thanks for reading.

I'm not 100% sure on why SHM made this thread, but I am pretty damn sure and that was in regards to a conversation we were having in team speak Monday I believe about possibility of having a dayz server and them wanting us to shut down other servers to make up for it. As explained there, the fact is all of our more unpopular servers do not consume enough resources to warrant shutting down and replacing with a dayz server. Fact is that all of our css/csgo servers take up a small portion of resource usage (except ZE and it's shit ton of stuff and the fact that it just eats bandwidth like no other). If I remember correctly, our minecraft server takes up the most resources simply due to it being minecraft...
 Then you look at the fact that a dayz server is hard to warrant the extra cost and in-order for sG to expand to it, it must (from what I have understood from this convo, when Mamac was busy playing dota2 at same time) at minimum be self-sufficient, ie the server must be able to pay for itself, and if it generates revenue, then great. The only possible way I could see of even having a dayz server is if we had a private hive, and let people pay for reserved slots on it, but then we would more than likely need a dedicated box for it, since we currently do not have the extra resources to my knowledge to be able to run a full Arma 2 dayz Server, simply due to the Arma 2 Engine being a resource hog.

Ok so after a bunch of thought I have decided to step down from my position as SO, It's been great with you guys and all that but I don't have as much time as I do when summer was going on. I have to balance school, football practice, football games, and a job all at once and I just can't find the time to be active on here like I used to be.
 
I'd rather step down now and leave the spot with dignity than be forced out of my position and be embarrassed because of inactivity.
 
I'll admit it was a short run but I had a great time with you guys and I still love playing with you when I can, I had a blast! Later guys
