Once again, Bastian/Pablo/Alex whatever other aliases you come under, it seems like you are trying to be the "big guy" in the server, throwing your weight around with your admin power and trying to act like you "know the rules". Leave these complications up to SO's or with those who have more experience.

If anything, Clarkus should have been gagged for speaking when told to "shut up". That's about it, CT'ing someone for speaking is probably the dumbest move in the book (unless repeatedly told to be quiet) 
 
As Eddy has already told you, you seem to purposely start problems and then appear to think you're innocent.
 
For the complaint here, Clarkus should have gotten more evidence such as a SS or even better a demo.
