Open up Steam and go to your drop down menu, mine looks like this:

Then go to servers, and the favorites tab and click "Add a Server." and put in the IP 216.105.170.196:28015.

We should have a counter that goes up once per person that unsuccessfully tries to raceinfo or changerace it after being killed by someone playing on it.
