Open up Steam and go to your drop down menu, mine looks like this: http://prntscr.com/d4cp05 Then go to servers, and the favorites tab and click "Add a Server." and put in the IP 216.105.170.196:28015. There you go, from now on the Rust server will appear in your favorites tab in Rust.
