First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

 

1. Have FIVE referrals from Level 2 Clan members or above.
2. Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 25 posts.
3. Have at least 50 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

 

After doing so you will be ready to move on. The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by a staff member. Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it?

Tell him to stop, if he does not listen and is affecting everyones experience i will seek further help from an admin. As an admin I would mute him as a warning if he keeps going kick then if he starts again ban for 30 min.

What if you ran into a hacker? If he's just suspicious i would just record a demo and send it to an admin or multiple of them to inspect it. If he's clearly cheating as in spin-bot or something like that call an admin instantly or ban him myself.
 

Question 2: What would you tell someone else who shows interest in joining sG?

Be yourself, meet people, have fun and get active on the forums as much as possible.
 

Question 3: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why? Yes depending on the time, I'm usualy very calm and mature but sometimes I get excited and get a little immature wich I don't like to be honest.
 

Question 4: Why is it that you want to join the sG community? How often will you be on the sG servers and forums?

I want to  join because I like the community here and it's a good time most of the time. I will like usual be on right after school on servers and sometimes on forums while in class

Yes sadly for MFK wich i regret yet again, other then that i don't think there's anything else.

I'm a very nice guy most of the time if I am mean to you at any point it's most probably a joke I don't go ahead and roast people for no reason not that guy. Now I also take care of what I like so I take care of the servers, my family and all that good stuff. There's honestly not really much else you need to know except I'm sometimes lazy, very lazy and I hate it but most of things I need to do, I do (except homework xD).
