First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker?

If mic spamming was undesired (talking over others repeatedly) firstly asking to stop, if not understood (because of mic spamming) then mute, explain and unmute 

if contiunes from there, kick then temp ban/report.  Hacker, explain that hacking is not allowed (in cases of scripting and other sorts of "hacks") if continued

Tell them to check out the forums, and tell them about team speak so they can get to know the community better and answer any questions.

yes, Being mature is understanding the consequences of your actions (i.e. Kicked, muted, banned, slayed, etc) and not flaming afterwards and 

repeatedly asking to undo such consequences.

To better help newcomers to sG Servers, and the community in gernal, forums as well.  Im usaully on most days of the week.

If counting what happened before my reset, i was banned for few minor things (pre 2011), and then perm banned from FEB2011 to ~SEP2014

No, even though i believe i was about to submit one but it looks like i stopped (3 years ago).

For the most part im honest (i don't like letting someone leave believing something untrue, and if asked seriously i will tell you the truth).  

almost no one will know when im being sarcastic.  i like airplane. I mess around with cars, computer software, hardware and small electronics.  

And i like teaching new players how things how things work.
