First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)
• Have FIVE referrals from Level 2 Clan members or above.
• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 25 posts.
• Have at least 25 hours of playtime on the Syndicate Gamers Servers.

After doing so you will be ready to move on. The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by a staff member. Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker? If I had ever encountered a microphone spammer on a server, I would ask an online admin to mute the player. If there's no admin online, I just other wise mute the player using console or ESC menu. If a hacker somehow plays on our server, I would record a demo and report it in the complain apartment.

Question 2: What would you tell someone else who shows interest in joining sG? Make a first good impression and keep that impression, you have no problem getting accepted. Also, donating a large amount of money to the clan helps. Just don't act stupid.

Question 3: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why? I'm usually a casual person but if the situation calls for it, I can be mature.

Question 4: Why is it that you want to join the sG community? How often will you be on the sG servers and forums? The reason why I want to join sG is that I want to help out the servers and generally help improve the community in general. I'm a regular on Jailbreak, TTT, and forums.

Question 5: Do you fully agree with the terms and conditions specified in the recruitment thread? No problem.

Question 6: Have you ever received disciplinary action from the sG staff? If yes, why? Got banned for a week due to me playing c4 roulette.

Most of the apps had an insufficient amount of votes at the end of the month. I withdrawn my last app due to dealing with friends and yea.
