Thank you for applying to Syndicate Gamers.

First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting Abusive Players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

• Have two referrals from L3s or higher. (Or 1 staff referral).

• Have to have at least 2 week of forum time and 50 posts

After doing so you will be ready to move on.

The first phase of recruitment requires that you be screened by an Advisor so that higher staff can vote on your application to be accepted into the two week observation period.

In order to do so, you will need to add one of the following and ask them (if available and willing) to screen you.

Please add your "in-game name" and "Preferred Server" in the add friend comment, as to avoid confusion. This is not necessary, but highly, highly appreciated.

Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it?

If i had admin i would warn him first. If he would continue i would give him a temperary ban. If i dont have admin i would first contact and admin. If i cant reach one i would take a Demo and post a Thread in the Complaint Department.

Question 2: In the case of a hacker on the server you are in, what procedure would you follow?

Automatically start demoing. If i think i have enough evidence i will go post on the forums along with the demo.

Question 3: In the situation that you are being bombarded with people asking if they can join the clan, what would you tell them to do?

I would tell them they first need 2 L3 or higher refferers then they will be able to post an application on the forums after they sign up at www.syndicate-gamers.com

Question 4: Would you consider yourself a mature person? If so, why?

Yes. But some people don't think i am. Mabye its because i wasnt as mature as i was before. I've also owned plenty of communities and servers and that takes alot of maturity.

Question 5: Why is it that you want to join the sG community?

I wanted to join back cause i missed being with alot of the people in the community.

Yes.

Question 7: On average, how often will you play on the sG servers and how often will you be on the forums?

I started to play alot on the servers now. I check the forums from time to time to see what new drama has arised.

Question 8: How do you think you can be an addition to our growing community? What makes you unique from the other recruits?

I would be playing on servers alot and try to get more members in the community.

Question 9: Would you contribute to discussions made within sG and keep the topics civil?

Yes. I used to troll, but, now i try not to.

Question 10: Have you ever been a member in sG before or tried to become one? If so, why did you leave/get denied?

Yes i was originally "Tstan" or most people call Peestain. I left due to trolling and flamming. To my luck people started cracking down it after i left.

Never seen this guy before but good luck.

I used to be in sG but i quit due to flaming issues. I started playing alot of JB again.

I was on jailbreak a few nights ago. I was doing some shit with friends On San Andreas Multiplayer so thats why i wasnt on at all the last 2 nights. And wait. I never went in vent 0_0. Only when I was scrimming but i mostly talked in game. Also alot of the time i try to get on and its full.

I'm going to say yes, just to see how you fair in your recruitment period.

Don't freak out about it everyone. It'll come back to the staff vote most likely and I have yet to make up my mind.

Congratulations!

You have the minimum number of required votes to move onto the next step in the sG recruitment process, the two week observation period.

This thread will be moved to pending recruits now. After two weeks you will have to bump your application to be re-voted on. There will now be a poll attached to your thread, players who have interacted with you will vote yes or no on your entry into sG. If you get 15 votes one way or another, you will be automatically accepted or denied. Only votes from sG Members will count towards the required 15. Even staff votes do not count in the poll. If you do not obtain this, it will take 8 staff votes to be accepted into the clan.

Stay active, maintain maturity, post on the forums when possible, and be patient.

What happened to the other day when we were scrimming and you were "shit-talking" to our other community members, especially when they just made a question and you made a comeback that was over the top.

Idk, I'll leave this for the community to decide.
