After doing so you will be ready to move on.

If it was excessive, i would immediately mute. If not, then ask to stop, if it persists, mute/and or kick.

Question 2: In the case of a hacker on the server you are in, what procedure would you follow?

I would take a demo of it, and report it for him to be banned.

Question 3: In the situation that you are being bombarded with people asking if they can join the clan, what would you tell them to do?

I would simply redirect them to the site, syndicate-gamers.net, since i have no say on who joins.

Most of the time =D. I'm just sometimes immature because i like to be layed back and fun.
