We would also like to thank Jason for all his time that he has put into this clan and community. Jason has informed us that he no longer has the time to put in this community like he did before and therefore will be stepping down as a JCS. However, Jason will still be with us by holding ownership of the clan and making sure the bills are paid and other executive administrative affairs. Jason, thanks for everything you did - I, personally, really enjoyed working with you on staff and have no regrets in the past 3 years working with you. Read his post here.

In addition, we are bringing in a new department in staff dedicated to Events. These Advisors have the same capabilities and permissions to do general clan affairs things like other Advisors but their primary responsibility is to brainstorm, administrate, execute and oversee community events (both major and minor). Within the past three months we've received a lot of community feedback and two main ideas were brought to us, you guys wanted to see more events from staff and you guys wanted to see an effort to populate the servers. Heading into 2013 we hope to meet that expectation you guys have set for us. I'd like to personally congratulate the four staff members that did make it, they were selected after many weeks of discussion between 50 applications, many applicants being equally qualified.

Also in addition, we are renaming the Complaint Department to the Clan Help Desk - the Clan Help Desk will include PMs to Staff, Map Suggestions and Ideas/Comments (the whole forum category above the servers/below the general category).

If you have any further questions or comments feel free to ask me personally or in this thread. We will get back to you.

This was just a mini-digest/update on the state of the clan for 12/12/12, we will make a bigger digest with everything we plan soon within the next week (hopefullyTM).

We hope you like these changes and on behalf of staff I hope you all have a great holiday season and finish off your finals/classes/exams/etc., with a good ending.

I still find it weird that I'm doing this, but I'm officially resigning my spot as JCS, and as part of staff. I'll still be around in a sense, and quite honestly might even end up being more active inside the community, but at least for the time being staff isn't something I can handle doing. I feel confident that I'm leaving this place in good hands, and I'll still be around to give advice where it's needed.

I joined Undead Vengeance back in 2007, and have been around this place in some form for 5 years, and staff for over 4 of that. I've been involved in two or three overthrows of leadership (one of them actually targeting me, but I WON BITCHES). I've seen people come and go, and witnessed some of the best drama fests/pranks ever pulled (in fact, I even got chronx to come back to take over for me). From something as simple to playing classic Dust 2 with opiate and the crew, to having to track down a kids parents while they were on vacation (careful what you post online kids ), these past 5 years have had a pretty big impact on my life and the way I handle situations, and I've learned a ton from all of it.

But at this point in time I feel like the effort and time I have available to put into this community doesn't justify me having the title of Joint Chief or staff, and hasn't for quite a while. I'm taking away some amazing memories from here, and hope to be around for many more.
