Thats why I want a jp system for non members. Because there is trolls that avoid fucking up too bad like pablo did
The whole purpose of jp is to remove the clan membership of current members that only hurt the clan image.
What you're thinking of is a voteban system which I personally feel would be exploited and/or create unnecessary drama. If someone is outright being a troll and is breaking rules, ban them. Simple as that

You could make a menu full of generic counters for races that don't necessarily need a race-specific counter (e.g teammates alive, enemies alive, etc...)
