How long should a Life check last, or is it up to the caller? Also, what is the minimum time before you can KOS or kill someone.

So from this forum discussion it appears that, slay for delay is when traitors do nothing for over 30 seconds and does not go for the opportunities that they are given, but it comes down to the admin(s) decision about the subject.

Honestly, you really can't tell when people are trying or throwing, but I guess the delay is up to the admins

As there are more rounds where the timer runs out, there is a fine line for delaying. Does anybody know what defines delaying that is worthy of a slay?
