I was thinking of a way to stop "circlejerking" votes and I thought of this.
In order to vote on an application, your post must:
Have at least 150 words Have at least 2 separate reasons why an applicant should/should not get in i.e both reasons can't relate to each other Be noticeably different from other posts
Instead of getting 50/50 to pass, get 30/30.
It's not hard to think of 150 words and 2 solid reasons to pass/fail an application.
