Easier way to explain it is simply, 7/9 = 0.777... 8/9 = 0.888... therefore 9/9 = 0.999... and also 1.

Pulp Fiction's prob my favorite. From Dusk 'Til Dawn was pretty good also. And while I don't like the part Tarantino directed best, Four Rooms is a great movie.
