Make it work like the racewhore plugin on war3 so if a CT reaches a certain score they are given a small cooldown (3 to 5 rounds?) and forced to play as a prisoner for a while.
 
This would work against CT's who get 30 or so kills and always pass off warden whenever they can as their teammates try to warden with 8 or so kills. In addition to blocking killwhores from being killwhores, it will give more opportunities for new people to try and be a CT instead of being used as point farms.

Breeze, I dont understand why you're complaining about being perma ct'd ON AN ALT. You're perma ct'd on your main, you're evading it, and boom perma ct'd on the alt. YOU are restricted from playing counter terrorist, the account does not matter
