Generally, the word Nigger is offensive.
The term Nigga is quite a bit more contextual. 
The difference is, if you are friends with people, probably cool. If you don't know the person, I wouldn't be saying it.
 
Another example you could make would be the word faggot.
 
I call people faggots all the time, but I don't mean it in a derogatory term, to me it's more like saying someone is an idiot....
If you use it toward homosexual individuals, then it becomes a derogatory term.
 
Also fun fact, in the UK, the term faggot refers to a bundle of sticks, also fag is another word for cigarette to them as well.

Tonight, we’re going to be bringing you some good news and some bad news.
 
First, we would like to congratulate skitt on his promotion to General Engineer, he will be working to ensure everything continues to run smoothly. Make sure you welcome him onto the team!
 
Now comes some bad news - We've had a disagreement with our host and thus we are looking toward a host with better DDoS mitigation. This migration will cause us to to change all of our server IP’s. We have assessed all of our options and feel that this is our best and only option. With this move, we will also be upgrading our servers as promised earlier.
 
As some of you may know from our past IP change, we took a large hit in our server population. We hope the community can help us get back on our feet after this change and just show how great our community is by supporting our servers through this difficult time.
 
A post will be made in the future containing more information. More specifically, when the move will occur and what we will be doing to mitigate the effects of the IP change.

I propose allowing the killing of any number of Ts in any game/command. Further I think that any CT other then the warden that doles out the execution should be restricted. This will allow the solving of two problems. First the warden can give the most complex of rules to the Ts that only the warden understands and will prevent other CTs from accidentally killing any T that amazingly gets the orders correct(or who the warden just favors). Second, this will allow the warden to be the most ultimate of killwhores without other CTs stealing his precious kills.
 
I think this will improve our server greatly as it will allow the warden to show off his mighty e-peen of justice. Now, some CTs might get upset that they can't get in on the kills but there will always be players who just enjoy stroking the wardens e-peen and being on the winning team so I don't see it as a problem. The only problem is that we will need to find enough players that enjoy to bend over and take it up the ass every round as a T. If there are players that enjoy standing still for 5 minutes of AFK freeze that is so popular on other servers then I don't see it a problem getting players that just enjoy being killed every round at the wardens discretion.

Due to how horrible our forums look when scrolling through threads, we have implemented new signature limits. FOR NOW, community members will be allowed 1 image with a max size of 800x300. Current users with tons of images or signatures larger than that size will have it cleared. It is getting ridiculous that some users signatures take up half of a page when they post.
