Having an SO on at all times really helps. I've been able to keep late-night JB at ~20 people just by staying on 'till 4 am and accepting LRs. Otherwise, it dies off pretty quick.

Was more of an issue when we had more paidmins who were notorious for doing maply mic checks and CTing a lot of people. While there may be correlations to a pitch of voice with a knowledge of the rules, there are a lot of younger players who are better than a majority of the playerbase.
I'd rather have people willing to warden than people who just sit there and hope someone gives orders before its a freeday.
Server's been doing far better lately than it has been in previous months.

Most kiddies with those voices can't warden. They don't read the MOTD, and they keep saying afk freeze. The population has been active because of winter break. Everyone is off school so they sit at home playing video games. Once the weekends and summer hits, the population will boom again.

So you think community members shouldn't be allowed to use THIER mics in THEIR communities server? You had a high pitched voice once, shut the fuck up moaning and get on with your game like everybody else does. Who do you think you are to tell people they can't use their mics?? Who are any of us to make that order...

In this video we have a match of Dota 2 being played. A match of Dota 2 prominently features the strongholds of two opposing factions, the Radiant and the Dire, containing critical structures called "Ancients", which are defended by a number of lesser buildings. The bases of the two factions are connected by three main paths, referred to as "lanes", which are guarded by defensive towers, as well as groups of periodically spawning autonomous units called "creeps" that traverse each lane attacking any enemy units or structures in range. Towers and creeps serve to divide the map between the two teams, and are often the focal point of skirmishes. The Dota 2 map is functionally symmetrical, despite having a number of critical differences conferring a variety of advantages and disadvantages to each side. The Radiant is based at the southwest corner of the map, while the Dire is based at the northeast corner; the two sides are divided by a river which runs perpendicular to the central lane. The two teams, typically composed of five players each, are pitted against one another to compete as the defenders for their respective Ancient.Featured across the map are units referred to as "neutrals", which are not aligned to either faction and are primarily located in the forests; they constitute a fixed but recurring resource, though their strategic value may vary depending on the teams' and players' choices. Located on the southeast side of the river is a "boss" called "Roshan" who typically takes multiple team members to kill. Following his death, Roshan drops items that can significantly alter the course of a game.
There are seven game modes and 105 "Heroes" in Dota 2. Heroes are strategically powerful player controlled units with unique special abilities; though many heroes fill similar roles as others, each confers different benefits and limitations to a team.[8] These Heroes start off very weak early in the game, but level up their abilities and statistics as they accumulate experience, up to a maximum level of twenty-five. The Heroes' methods of combat are heavily influenced by their primary property, which can be Strength, Agility, or Intelligence. Most game modes provide teams with some preparation time before the game begins so that they can balance their hero selections, as the composition of the team can significantly affect their performance throughout the match. Because Dota 2 is highly team-oriented, the players must coordinate and plan with each other in order to achieve victory.
Players are given six inventory slots, which are filled by purchasing items using gold, the primary currency of the game. Items vary drastically in function: some merely enhance the statistics of a Hero, while others grant them additional active or passive abilities. Their price varies depending on their relative power. Though gold is granted steadily at a slow rate, the more expensive items are typically only purchased by heroes who can accumulate gold at a much higher rate, usually by efficiently killing enemy creeps, heroes, or structures. Killing non-player characters grants gold solely to the player who landed the final blow, whereas killing Heroes grants gold to the killer and any nearby allies, and destroying towers or Roshan gives gold to all players on the team. Along with the gold bounty, killing units and structures provides experience, allowing players to level up their heroes as they complete objectives. "Denying" is a feature of the game which allows players to inhibit the enemy's ability to accumulate gold and experience by killing an allied unit or destroying an allied structure before an enemy can do so.
Here we see three different heroes being played. First we have Slark on the Dire team. Slark the Nightcrawler is a melee agility hero that utilises his skills to spring onto enemy heroes and slip out unhindered. He is a very mobile ganker, but remains statwise below most other carries unless he is able to steal away stats with his abilities. Once he does, though, only a few heroes can hope to be as fearsome as the Nightcrawler - extremely mobile to the point of ever-presence; his strikes only hitting harder and faster.Slark can quickly leap forward onto enemies with Pounce to leash them and bind them from escaping. His Dark Pact releases a delayed purge that breaks even the most powerful disables. This gives him one of the most flexible abilities to start and end fights in the game. He is also capable of stealing stats on auto-attacks to boost his own damage temporarily with Essence Shift which can rapidly shift engagements in his favor, even when merely performing hit-and-run maneuvers. Slark's ultimate, Shadow Dance, allows him to remain unseen even while attacking for a short duration and allows him to move quicker when not under the watch of enemy eyes to strike in and out of enemy ranks unhindered. He is currently the only hero on Dire team in his lane meaning he will gain experience at a faster rate due to not having to share it with his lane partner. He is at the top lane of dire, meaning his creeps will start off closer to the enemy tower than his tower. Next we have Phantom Lancer. Azwraith the Phantom Lancer is a melee agility hard carry and pusher because of his capability of constantly generating multiple illusions in a matter of seconds. He requires deep cunning, positioning, and most importantly, great micromanagement as his illusions might just get in the way rather than help the situation if not utilized correctly. All of his abilities help him in his creation of images, allowing him to always have a companion. He has a nuke skill that deals high damage, slows the target, and creates an illusion at his target's location. His escape skill allows him to turn invisible while creating an illusion to take his place, possibly tricking enemies into wasting their spells and time in trying to kill said illusion. His passive allows him to generate an illusion of himself which procs during an attack. His ultimate gives him magic resistance, an improvement to his skill Juxtapose, but most importantly allows his illusions to generate their own illusions. In the video he is away from keyboard or, as the cool kids call it, AFK. Also starring in the video is SIlencer. Nortrom the Silencer is a ranged Intelligence hero who can be played as a Support, Carry or Initiator. He is one of the minority of Intelligence heroes who truly benefits from Intelligence items and is effective against Heroes who rely mostly on spells, as he can silence them while stealing their Intelligence and adding it to his own. He is a notorious anti-caster hero who can disrupt the magical abilities of his enemies and cripple spellcasters throughout the game. Curse of the Silent causes enemies to lose health and mana until the end of the duration or until the enemy casts a spell. Last Word places a curse on Nortrom's target that damages and silences for a long duration if the target casts a spell. If the target does not cast a spell before the curse's duration ends they will be damaged, silenced, and disarmed. Glaives of Wisdom is a Unique Attack Modifier that deals a percentage of Nortrom's intelligence as pure damage. Nortrom's ultimate, Global Silence, silences all enemy units on the map for a few seconds. A well-timed Global Silence can be used to save yourself or an ally, initiate a teamfight, or ruin the enemy's initiation. While it used to be a passive component of Glaives of Wisdom, Silencer himself now has an innate passive ability. Intelligence Steal permanently steals the intelligence of enemy heroes that die near him and adds it to his own. This rewards his presence in teamfights, also making his Glaives ever stronger as the battle goes on. He is currently at his keyboard and is fully aware of what is happening in this game of Dota 2. Phantom Lancer's team, or Radiant as you could call it, paused the game using the F9 key. But the enemy Slark UNpaused the game also using the F9 key. So Slark is in lane with an AFK Phantom Lancer, and what does he try to do? Kill Phantom Lancer of course. First we see him grab a creep kill, granting him gold and experience. Then we see him attack Phantom Lancer 2 times before being attacked by the AFK Phantom Lancer once and by Silencer once. As Slark contemplates going in for the kill, Phantom Lancer is whittled down to dangerously low Health Points by enemy creeps. He activates his ability Dark Pact. After a short delay, Slark sacrifices some of his life blood, purging negative buffs and dealing damage to enemy units around him and to himself. Slark only takes 50% of the damage. But immediatly afterwards SIlencer casts Last Word on Slark. Last Word targets an enemy unit placing a debuff on it. While the debuff is active, casting any spell causes the target to become silenced and take damage. If the duration of the debuff runs out without the target casting a spell, it will still take damage and be silenced but also be disarmed. Then Slark goes back towards his tower and instead of retreating he walks around through the trees and towards Phantom Lancer. All the while Silencer attacks Slark a total of 5 times getting him down to very low Health Points. When Slark finally reaches Phantom Lancer he is unable to attack him due to being disarmed. He is disarmed because of the spell Last Word. Then Phantom Lancer attacks and kills Slark causing first blood. The first time a hero is killed by a non-neutral/non-ally unit it will give a bonus 200 reliable gold to the killer; this is called First Blood. Phantom Lancer attacked Slark either because he has auto-attack turned on, or because he suddenly came back to his computer and was no longer AFK, giving him a chance to react to the Slark.

    What is HL DJ ?
    HL DJ
Lets you play audio files over the voice communication system in any Half-Life or Source-based game.

HL DJ features an in-game interface that displays your audio files directly in console; you can easily browse & search your audio files while still remaining in-game.

First things first you want to go to http://www.hldj.org/ , got to download and pick the right version for you .

After you extract the files you will open the hldj Setup, you will say yes to running the Setup now (feel free to Launch Manual) , and click Yes again then you will have to pick an audio key, choose

Audio Directory : is the folder where you will put all your music that you want to use and then proceed to the next step .

Now before you start the game you willl need to know how to convert audio files, Example Youtube.

Here is the converter i use httpwww.convertmemp3.com ,the way this works is that you just copy the url of the video you want to convert to audio and just past it in the website and it converts it for you .

Any way if there are parts of the audio you want to remove just download Gold Wave its a free Program, its good for cutting the bits you don't want in your audio files and to lower the volume so it wouldn't sound bad when you play it online.

Okay now after you choose the songs you will use you need to click on the audio converter icon which is located on the bottom,  you put your tunes in the input folder after it has been converted it will be in your directory folder, (Click on the Start Buttom for your music to be Converted).

After every song you convert go back to your input folder and delete the song/songs you just converted ,because it will convert songs you have already done.

Now you are ready to start your game ! Note: make sure you have console enabled and that hldj is running before you open your game.

After you have opened your game go to console (`) type in la, its going to bring up a menu but should have your songs in there, your song will be marked with numbers to play a certain song you just type the number of the song in console then after it loads your song press your Audio key and there you have it you have just successfully installed and used HLDJ.

Congrats! Now you can annoy players with your shitty music and tunes !
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1a_bZZibfo

Sorry for any spelling or grammar mistakes

This is a Special case for cs:go to get HLDJ working :
I think I've found the problem. It doesn't seem to load the config files for HLDJ. Simply type in exec autoexec in the console and you will see the HLDJ welcome text appear. Now join a server and use HLDJ as you normally would.
I joined a server after this and got it to work.

Its even fucking worse when fucking streaming little cunts think that they are immune to being fucking retarded because theyre fucking streaming and shit so obviously the people better than them are hacking and the ones worse than them are fucking little noobs and so the stupid little streaming cunts basically have no middle grounds and are always harrassing his teammates and always fucking raging at the enemies who are "hacking"

this is why mother fucking hackers take so fucking goddamn long because of stupid streamers like this who fucking do shit like this and report fucking anyone who is better than them because theyre fucking inbred

What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch. I’ll have you know my name is Xlite, and I woke up this morning 5:30 sharp to the smell of wet pussy. I was getting a blowjob from two bitches (Shit was SO Cash), one was trying to fit my humongous 3 pound balls in her mouth while the other was choking halfway on my 18 and 3\8 inch dick. She started to squirt hard, she was convulsing and having 6 orgasms at the same time. I gave it to them and they were on the floor squirting like motherfucking fountains. Must have come about a quart of sperm and compressed air. Imagine your best orgasm, then multiply it by 35. I had to go to base camp so I front-flipped from my 14th floor barracks into my valet parked 2012 Ferrari (I got connexions). Pushed my shit to about 4 hundo (mph, mind you) and I was at base camp in no time. When I entered, I became a top sniper and was granted access to the entire arsenal of the USMC. I learned how to kill someone in over 700 different ways and was assigned to be the leader of a squad that will kill 300 terrorists using gorilla warfare tactics. Also did 6000 push-ups, 8000 sit-ups and bench-pressed 30 plates in 16 minutes. After basic training, I met a network of secret spies who will help me trace your IP address, while eating gold plated sushi and 15,000 $ champagne. My unit got the rest of the day off and I became captain of our base’s football team and starter of the basketball team. I got straight A’s on the military entrance exams and received more awards. Meanwhile, you were jacking off to pictures on Facebook and naked drawn Japanese people. Went back in the Lambo to my barracks and now I am getting ready to go to sleep. I am going to graduate at the top of my class in the Navy Seals tomorrow and I want to look pretty much perfect for it. Don’t be a stranger and remember, I did more in one day than you will your entire life.

The new system enables a lot more flexibility in revamping the website than what we had previously. However, it requires more work from the start. The old front page was pretty much maxed out in it's potential, and we have a lot more stuff planned that we just couldn't do with the old system. It was a necessary change and will improve over time drastically.
