I really don't understand how many times we need to explain to you how to properly admin. There was absolutely 0 reason Clarkus should have been CT'd for this, you were purposely trying to start shit. I'm saying it right now and frankly I don't care about the repercussions, if you abuse any of your admin powers while I'm present, I'm banning you without warning. You've been given more leash than any player I've ever seen have admin here (seriously fucking RainC got less rope than this kid). Based on interactions I've had with you, you clearly try to antagonize people into acting out towards you and then play it off like you're the victim. Give the act a rest already. 

And a tip for everyone else who plays with Bastian, don't feed the troll. If he starts trying to antagonize you, just ignore him. Dont respond, don't gag, don't mute etc. That's exactly what he wants.

EDIT: Also malwarebytes does what it says in the name. Hunts malware. Better safe to have that with Win 8 Defender. They don't conflict so it's more a better defense on your part. Programs I also personally use Rkill and TDSSKiller. Rkill is another good malware program, while TD is more a rootkit AV. They can be very useful when MB and WD can't find the problems.

Rkill and TDSS are more reactionary tools (like combofix) than proactive really. They're also good tools to have saved on a PC in the event you do get infected, but they're not something that need to be run regularly. 

I have 8 and I was wrong I have defender not essentials. I figured out the reason it wasn't working was because webroot being on the computer turned it off but webroot is useless since it's expired. I'm trying to turn off webroot so defender turns on but the shutdown button isn't where it's supposed to be and I can't find it.

Never mind I fixed the problem. webroot just lied about where the shutdown was or they changed the button since making The instructions. I have defender up. So basically defender is all I need and maybe malwarebytes?

You really dont need both, but having malwarebytes to run a scan once in a while wont hurt.. it also has a stealth executable I used to use when PCs would get infected and block other exe's from loading. It runs as a .bat file if i remember correctly then scans/removes the threats. Worth having installed just for that little insurance.

If Webroot is expired just uninstall it. Start > programs and features > select webroot > uninstall. 

Riptide for 5 bucks is worth it if you've played the first one. Payday 2 for 10 is a pretty good deal as well.

Malawarebytes works wonders for a free program.

The two are really all you should need. Malwarebytes runs deals every once in a while to get their upgraded version for dirt cheap.. Probably going to pick it up next time I see it myself instead of pirating it.

Update time: After running 3D mark and seeing the huge drop in physics I downloaded a temp monitor and found my culprit:

The large bolded font was my CPU idle. The underlined temp was my CPU running 3D Mark. No idea why I didn't consider to check my cpu temp before. After chatting with Kyle about it, I bought this monstrosity off amazon - http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI/ref=pd_bxgy_e_img_z . I finally got to install it last night. End result was this: 

Top temp is idle, bottom temps were achieved playing Battlefield Hardline last night. The difference in gameplay with the three games I tested yesterday was eye opening. Felt like playing on a completely different PC. So for now I guess I'll hold off on upgrading my CPU. Last thing I'm going to do is swap the stock fan that came with the Evo with two of these: http://www.amazon.com/120mm-Performance-120RB-Black-White/dp/B0039825LM/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER - from what i've read they're some of the best performing radiator fans so for 15 bucks i'll test em out.

First I'm going to apologize for the delivery last night. Blaming it on the Stanley Cup. 

Now that I got that out of the way, my message hasn't changed. I completely agree admins should be and are held to a higher standard, but there's a huge difference between a guy like Bastian repeatedly abusing his admin and JWB misunderstanding an LR and doing it once. JWB has been an admin on JB for just about as long as I have (which is a year and a half now), if not longer. He's well aware of the rules and I've never recalled him taking advantage of his powers. 

The point I was trying (quite poorly) to make last night is this kind of issue shouldn't be brought to this forum. If your only goal was to have him own up to his mistake, it could have very easily been discussed and resolved between you and him via PM or admin chat. This forum should be reserved for people who repeatedly misuse their admin privileges and blatant rule breakers.

I'm sorry if my rant was taken as a flame towards you. It was really more intended as a general message to everyone that brings a complaint here. I won't respond to this thread again, as I feel its been open long enough as it is. But if you want to continue this discussion or have something else you want to say to me, feel free to PM me.
