To whom this may concern, on 7/1/2014 at about 12:00 EST my account was banned ( STEAM_1:1:4136430 ). My brother and I share a room. We are always fighting and bickering.I have a computer and he does not (he's very jealous) I also play with his friends from time to time on your jailbreak server. I never let him touch my laptop nevertheless play my games. I was downstairs getting a snack and watching a stream on my iPad when i see my brother come down stairs with an evil look on his face. He says "what does it mean if it says that I'm not allowed on a server for Counter Strike?" I screamed at him questioning him on what he had done. From what he tells me he "free killed" people as the warden. I added one of the server admins and he was very kind and told me where i could come to appeal my ban. His name was sg Piero. Can you please appeal this ban i will be more secure with my laptop and put a lock on it. I didn't think he would do something like this. Thank you - gmon10

Once again, Bastian/Pablo/Alex whatever other aliases you come under, it seems like you are trying to be the "big guy" in the server, throwing your weight around with your admin power and trying to act like you "know the rules". Leave these complications up to SO's or with those who have more experience.

If anything, Clarkus should have been gagged for speaking when told to "shut up". That's about it, CT'ing someone for speaking is probably the dumbest move in the book (unless repeatedly told to be quiet) 
 
As Eddy has already told you, you seem to purposely start problems and then appear to think you're innocent.
 
For the complaint here, Clarkus should have gotten more evidence such as a SS or even better a demo.

The admin pablo or what ever his name is ct'd me for "talking over warden"but he wasn't talking at the time please ban.

He got ct'd for 1 rounds, he was constantly talking bullshit over the warden as "Stop changing your picture, stop doing blah blah" I warned him 2 times, and then ct'd him for 1 round.

Bastian, I've tried to stand up for you with everyone harassing you and giving you constant BS in game, but honestly after playing with you I understand why people act the way they do.
 
I honestly think you purposely join the servers to start problems and then when you get punished you come to the forums and claim you have no idea why you were banned. Jailbreak was doing great until you came in and started to cause problems, you received a ban today because we're just tired of all the bullshit you bring to our servers, people are supposed to be having fun and the only thing that you seem to do is interrupt everyone's fun. 
 
I'm honestly not sure whether you enjoy our servers for the actual game aspect or if it's just for causing a bunch of drama. I suggest you change the way you act on our servers or you will find yourself permanently banned due to our 6 ban rule.
