GCC - 1v1 Rocket League Tournament - December 23rd

Take part in the fierce 1v1 Tournament of Rocket League!

The crazy football-car physics game that took the world by storm.

Do you have what it takes to win? Prizes being given away go big or go home!

 

This will be the first GCC Rocket League tournament!

We welcome everyone to participate and hope that you all enjoy the experience!

Tournament Details:

• Date: Saturday, December 23rd     (possibly the next day as well depending on number of participants)
• Start time: 4PM CST
• Co-Hosted by: GCC and Charmy
• Casted by: Xiro
• Streamed by : Xiro (Will be streamed on the GCC Twitch Channel)
• Map: Champions Field Day
• Game Mode: 1v1 Soccar normal.
• Semi-Finals/ Finals will be a "Best of 3"
• All other rounds will be "Best of 1"

**Tournament Details subject to change**

 

The tournament may be held over 2 days if there are enough entrants. This will be confirmed closer to the sign up deadline date.

Requirements:

• You must join the GCC DISCORD, so it is easier for them to set up and coordinate the matches with you. If you are not in their discord you will not be eligible to play and someone else will take your spot. Please do so before signing up or I will hide your post.

 

Tournament Rules:

• Turn up to the event on time.
• Show respect to other players. (Mild trash talk is allowed)
• Don't deliberately force a draw!
• Don't use bugs/glitches!
• Don't delay
• The host (Charmy) will have the final say!
   

Rewards:

Big thanks to Charmy (GCC) for donating the Prizes for the event!

 

1st Place - $25 steam game 
2nd Place - Rocket league car makeover worth 15-20$! @Charmy will post more details.
 

The rewards are subject to change. Any change made will only be IN ADDITION to what is already being offered.

Prizes will be given within 7 days of the tournament.

• What your highest competitive rank ever was
• A picture of the car you're going to use (optional)

 

To make sure this event doesn't last longer than two days there be limit of 10 Players Per Community rule. If we do get over 10 sign ups from sG, we'll add you to the reserve spots in case a player doesn't show up. Players with the highest rank will have first priority in the tournament.

 

Sign Up Deadline is December 20th at 11:59 p.m. CST

We found it easier to provide a 1v1 tournament, due to some people not having teams...or friends...

 

Anywho, it's easier for everyone to make up and organize for a 1v1 event and determine who's the better player.

 

(i also don't want to buy two or three games for a whole team)
