Ironic 2278 Posted December 3, 2016 I'm currently an Airman Basic (E1). Once I graduate High School and show my unit my diploma, I will get bumped up to an Airman First Class (E3). If I had to guest the closest thing would be new players are "level one." Were as sG members would be "level 2", followed by staff members the "level 3 and the last rank."
