I felt it was needed that I explain my post. I don't care too much about the whole hacking issue; I had my suspicions but that is not my concern.

My issue is his presence on the jailbreak server. I have had too many issues dealing with him in the past. Particularly when he tried to loophole rules and such to his advantage and to the detriment of the server in both mood and population. I understand he does not frequent jailbreak as often anymore but that has not removed the sour taste from my mouth.

As of now my vote is no. He has plenty of time before the end of the month to sway my opinion.
